I’m was a bit scared to buy as I hadn’t heard of this site before. Purchase was easy, I got a good price compared to other tile suppliers and when they arrived they look amazing. I haven’t had them laid yet so can’t comment on ease of use but I would recommend this online store.

I ordered 10 Aragon red quarry tiles with an edge. When the parcel arrived (the communication was excellent as the tiles were originally out of stock so every step along the way I was kept informed by Anna) it only consisted of 9 tiles. Luckily I wasn't needing the extra tile immediately. I notified Anna and they sent me the 10th tile with no trouble at all.

Sadly initial delivery was smashed by DHL, and there not being enough packaging around boxes of tiles. UK Tiles Sales/Anna gladly sent further boxes until the order was satisfactorily delivered.

Disgusting Customer Service.
I have to give 1 star because of the customer service I received after delivery. I am disabled and the delivery driver would only deliver curbside, leaving me to unload the tiles and carry them in with my 8 yr old and 5yr old deaf son. When I complained customer service said "it is in the terms and conditions!" They emailed me twice before delivery updating me with delivery day but at no point advised it was kerbside only, if I had known this I would have made sure someone was here to help. I asked for details of line manager and was told my emails would be forwarded to them but have never heard back. Disgusting customer service even if the tiles were lovely this left me not wanting to use the company again.

Firstly, we are pleased that you were happy with the products you purchased and hope that despite the issue you had, you would consider using our online business again.
As so many online services involve the use of external hauliers, most, if not all, operate on a ‘kerbside delivery’ policy. This is due to timescales, as there are a number of obstacles when delivering to private addresses and the other reason is due to the substantial, yet warranted, health and safety issues facing external hauliers when delivering goods and especially where heavier than normal weights are involved.
This point is outlined in our T &C’s available online and whilst we always aim to delivery on time and with advance notice, if we are not aware of any special circumstances then the issue you experienced is sometimes difficult to avoid.
We sincerely regret the experience you encountered and we will bring this to the attention of our external haulier.
