I ordered a leather handle estwing hammer as a gift, beautiful bit of kit but received the cheaper and cheap looking blue rubber handle estwing. I was disappointed obviously someone wasn't awake at work that day. My mate was happy enough with the hammer but I emailed uk tool supply and told them and they responded very quickly and asked if I would like a return label I said no but would like a refund on the price difference as it was a cheaper hammer, I have since heard nothing so not impressed. One star for actually receiving an actual hammer and one for the quick first responder that's it. Very disappointed.
