I have no problem with your company but…

I have no problem with your company but the order has not yet arrived and I am unable to track it. Royal Mail does not recognise the tracking number. My orders normally arrive in 2-3 days this has now taken almost a week. Can you help please

Excellent Service

When orders are placed online they are dealt with promptly and delivered to your home address quickly. They have a good reward system when placing orders. I totally recommend this company, I have never had any problems with them. I can't get to their shop in Wrexham but my order always arrives promptly. I only ever use this company and have done so for a while now.

Very Happy

I've been using UKVapes for a while now and never have any problems with them. Orders are always correct, well packaged and arrive super quick. Their website is easy to use and well laid out, customer service is always good and the products are excellent quality.
