WAS booked for 21/07/2026 recieved notification that engineer was ill so job cancelled and was going to come a week later no phone call to ask if this was ok or anything . Engineer attended 28/07/2026 said I required a new door and seal and would come approximately a week later .
On the 06th August 2026 the engineer LEWIS ATTENDED
he walked in and said the previus engineer I dont trust anything that he says and was not going to fit the parts this engineer if you can call them this !Said nothing wrong machine but keep an eye on it for a month and if it leaks ask insurance to write it off an give me model up from this one but forgot to write this in his notes an absolute waste of space and time what a joke.

Fridge/freezer repair
Pacifica diagnosed a fault with our fridge/ freezer. A week later Engineer Gavin Fairbanks 4392 came to our home and fitted a new compressor which did the trick.
He was very polite, informative and also courteous of our home.
Later that evening he followed up with a text to check everything was still ok.
I would highly recommend this company purely for the service I received.

Mike D 4094 turned up to my property this morning within the time frame given, Mike was polite and chatty for the duration on the job and had completed the task in hand no problem with his 30 + years experience in this industry. Praise where it's due.
My experience today and other times that Ian 6922 has come to my home, I have nothing but praise for this man, he is very pleasant polite and efficient.
He's in my home and just gets on with his work and leaves it spotless.
Unlike Dario if my memory serves me right December 2024, he left my utility area flooded. I did ring and complain!!
That is why when I get a man like Ian who comes gets on with the job, I want to make a special effort to let you know how pleased I feel.
