Praise where it's due.
My experience today and other times that Ian 6922 has come to my home, I have nothing but praise for this man, he is very pleasant polite and efficient.
He's in my home and just gets on with his work and leaves it spotless.
Unlike Dario if my memory serves me right December 2024, he left my utility area flooded. I did ring and complain!!
That is why when I get a man like Ian who comes gets on with the job, I want to make a special effort to let you know how pleased I feel.

Absolutely useless
Had an engineer out 4 times now for the same fault on my cooker. Even though the same engineer said what the fault was and didn't repair it. Booked a repair again and put on the notes what part was needed but the engineer came out without the part after sending pictures of serial number etc. Part had to be ordered and a week later another engineer came out and was the wrong part so has to be ordered yet again so another wait. Spoke to someone at Pacifica to raise a complaint but I might as well have spoken to the door the woman didn't sound interested regarding my complaint.
Looking at replies on here all the same generated email so does someone actually read the customers reviews?
