Company significantly increased the price after order had been placed. Installers were extremely rude and disrespectful of my property.

Best price and great service. Dealing with the office was a breeze and installation team couldn't do enough to make us happy.

My second experience of using their worktop supply and fitting sevice was as good as the first. In fact their was a potential problem that arose during fitting where a dark stain appeared on the doors below the newly fitted worktop. There was a prompt no quibble response to the problem with an offer to address if it couldn't be sorted out without damahe to the door finish. Fortunately this wasn't needed.

Work top and upstand of excellent quality and looks. Much admired by all our friends and family. Speed of measureing and fitting first class. We used Roann for our first fitted kitchen over 20 years ago when they were based in Bradford. I can honestly say the service and products are just as classy now as they were then. Thought the showroom was for trade only, it wasn’t so not only did we get a top notch product but at a price not to be beaten.
Will recommend every time. They are unbeatable.

The price was great and the chap who came round to template was fantastic too however the fitting left a lot to be desired. The joints aren't great, the fitter got adhesive on a rage of cabinets and left it (I can't seem to get it off) and some of the adhesive in the joints is now coming away. Disappointing finish on an expensive product.

good worktops but the worktops are not in the same level all through out- has it caused the cabinets underneath to go down with the weight?

Great quality worktops. Would highly recommend. They even accommodated a late addition which was truly appreciated. The fitters were friendly and respectful and did a great job.

I had a new kitchen fitted a while back, which was nothing short of a nightmare - that is, everything except for the worktop! I searched everywhere for the perfect quartz worktop and every other company I contacted was charging me an arm and a leg for both the worktop and the workmanship. At Roann, they not only helped me cut the cost down by adjusting measurements - but also sent a fabulous team on time for measurement and installation! Highly recommended!

My worktops from Roann were Technistone Brilliant White. Generally, I am pleased with them, they sparkle beautifully, and I have had no trouble keeping them clean with just soap and water.

However, I am only giving a three star review because I was assured that having the worktops joined in one place would not be noticeable. This is not the case. The join is very noticeable and detracts from the overall appearance.

The service offered by Julie was first class and the product is excellent.

Installers let the company down. Silicone sealant was only applied to the ends of the island unit instead of on the unit tops on which the worktops will sit. NO silicone was applied around the sink, so there is a high risk of water ingress and no silicone on around the wall based worktops.
It left us disappointed.

However, Keeley responded very quickly. She was genuinely apologetic and offered to get new installers down to fit the worktops correctly.

We could not have asked for a better customer focused response.

After searching the internet for a company with a large choice I found UKworktops, and after receiving a quote I was pleasantly surprised to find there were the cheapest of all 4 of the quotes I had. Workmanship was top notch and was carried out exactly on time and within the price quoted.

Excellent service throughout and very competitively priced. Our new worktops look like they cost several times more than they did. The templating/installation team were truly excellent and I would certainly recommend to others.

I used Roann to supply and fit stone worktops, very impressed with their service, from samples arriving quickly, excellent templating - but it was the two fitters who deserve so much credit, my client’s husband has dementia and became very upset and agitated by the work, fitters were so kind and respectful to him and despite having other jobs and a long drive home, went away so I could find a quiet refuge for my client and then returned to do an excellent and quick job. Choices and costs excellent too.
