Amazing!
Payment was simple, delivery was quick, customer service was exceptional when I reached out via email. All products are clearly labelled and packaged well. No noticeable results
I had a generally positive experience when it comes to communication and after-sales support. Karl was responsive, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
However, when it comes to the product itself, unfortunately did not experience any noticeable effects neither positive nor negative. Despite following the recommended protocol, there was no clear outcome or improvement.
Overall, while the customer service side is solid, the product did not deliver any results for.

Just wanted to come back and leave a quick follow-up after my first review.
Honestly, the customer service has continued to be top-notch. Super quick replies, easy to deal with, and you can tell they actually care about helping you out.
One thing I really like is how often they update their COA’s — it gives a lot of peace of mind knowing they’re staying on top of quality and keeping things transparent.
I’ve also been really happy with the quality of the products, which makes it even easier to keep coming back.
I also had an order go missing in transit (thanks Australia Post 😅), which obviously wasn’t their fault at all — but they sorted it out straight away and replaced everything without any hassle. That alone says a lot about how they treat their customers.
Because of experiences like this, I’ll be sticking with them and continuing to buy exclusively from here. It’s not easy finding a supplier you can trust, so I’m pretty stoked I came across them.
More than happy to recommend them — great service, quality products, and a really solid overall experience.
