I am an IB with Ultima Markets (UID

I am an IB with Ultima Markets (UID: 1113234). For the first month, withdrawals of my commissions worked fine.

However, after accumulating about $5,600 and requesting withdrawal on 22 April 2026, the request was rejected and the balance was removed from my account.

I have requested a detailed explanation and resolution from the company but have not received a satisfactory response yet.

Sharing this review for awareness and hoping for a fair resolution.

WARNING: Profit Theft, Predatory "SVG" Terms, and Regulatory Deception – SCAM ALERT


​Ultima Markets presents itself as a "trusted global broker" regulated by Mauritius to lure you in, but this is a calculated deception. My experience proves this is a predatory operation that hides behind jurisdictional shell games to steal client funds.

​1. The "Entity Hopping" Scam
They market themselves under a Mauritius (FSC) regulated entity to win your trust. However, the moment I took my valid complaint to the FSC Mauritius, the broker immediately hid behind an unregulated SVG (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) entity to have my case dismissed. They essentially told the regulator, "They aren't our responsibility," despite using the Mauritius license to gain my business in the first place. This is a deliberate scam.

​2. Arbitrary Profit Confiscation & B-Book Tactics
They operate as a classic B-Book broker, betting directly against their clients. My account was fine while I was in a loss, but the moment I generated $3,000 plus in legitimate profits, they immediately blocked my withdrawal. They conjured up unsubstantiated, bogus claims of "risk-free arbitrage" to justify stealing my gains. They allowed me to withdraw my initial deposit only because the account was in a loss state, but they systematically confiscated every dollar of profit I earned.

​3. Total Lack of Transparency
When I challenged their claims of "violations," they failed to provide a shred of evidence. They ignored my requests for proof and failed to provide any audit logs to substantiate their decision. They simply point to vague, non-regulated clauses in their SVG agreement to invalidate successful trades and seize funds at will. They have no interest in a fair trading environment; they are only interested in keeping your profits.


This firm is a scam that does not facilitate honest trading; it facilitates profit theft. They use jurisdictional shell games to evade accountability and ignore requests for evidence when they decide to withhold money. I will be sharing my case with every available channel to ensure no one else falls into this trap.

Ultima Markets is nothing but a trap. They were perfectly happy to take my deposits as long as I was losing money, but the second I actually made a profit, they blocked my withdrawal.
They hit me with these vague, "rule violation" excuses about arbitrage and holding periods, but when I asked for a shred of proof just one log or some actual evidence, they couldn't produce anything. They don't have proof because they’re just making it up to keep the money.
And don't fall for their (we can't find your case) reply here on Trustpilot. That is a straight-up lie. They know exactly who I am and exactly what they did to my account. They just say that so they can move the conversation to private emails where they can ignore you and stall until you get tired and quit. It’s all a tactic to avoid explaining their theft in public.
They hide behind these offshore client agreements (SVG) specifically so they can operate like a B-book casino where they bet against you.

As long as you lose, it's a fair environment, but the moment you win, you’ve violated their terms.

This isn't a broker, it's a scam. They are just trying to bait you in, steal your profits, and hope you go away quietly. Don't deposit with them if you actually want to get your money back.

This broker are complete scammers

This broker are complete THIEVES!

SCAMMERS! I was trading throughout the week and made losses but managed to do some fundamental analysis and hold trades over the weekend, when those positions became profitable and was looking forward to withdrawing my funds, they denied withdrawal and gave BOGUS claims ( Risk-free arbitrage) and about violating holding my trades over the weekend etc! $21,000 STOLEN in profits and I Was then only allowed to withdraw my initial deposited capital. ( i have all screenshots and proof to provide) . When you’re in profit they will reject withdrawals but when in loss they are fine with it (B-Book broker that trades against their traders) with no fair trading environment for the trader. Stay AWAY from this broker, i have already gone to file a complaint against them at FSC/FC . Better off finding a broker that is fair = STP/A-book broker , which i have traded similarly with and had no issues with withdrawing profits etc. stay away from this scam broker.

Insane $36 commission per lot.

While the execution seems to be ok, the commission that they charges is insane.

The advertise commission of about $5 per lot, but they charge whatever amount their partner's request.

I have joined ultima after being referred by an IB. My MT5 account number is 23987164.

I pay an insane $36 commission per lot.

I chatted with support and they said "your account manager will contact me". But never did anyone contact.

This is a big scam broker.

This is the worst broker I have…

This is the worst broker I have experienced so far. I did a deposit of 500 USD on April 17, opened a trade manually on MT5. Got profits amounting to 300 USD and got withdrawal via crypto. However the next trades I took a made a profit of 430 USD and was denied withdrawal and accused of using "risk free arbitrage" of which I did not. They deducted my balance and left me with 180 USD as my only money I can withdraw. Once you get profitable here, they accuse you of using unlawful trading methods of which they don't happen. I will say they are a big red flag incase you fall for the bonus. It's a trap. Avoid them at all costs.
The denial that comes with Ultima Markets should be studied for real. They claim not to know my account which is absurd because they terminated business support for me.

They are completely useless

They are completely useless. They keep sending spam emails. When I ask them to remove me from their newsletter, they tell me to just click “unsubscribe,” but that link doesn’t exist in their emails. I even sent them a screenshot of the email and asked them to show me where to click. They just keep going in circles and ask me to do the same thing again without showing where the supposed link is. According to EU legislation, all newsletters must include an option to unsubscribe. They are not complying with this.

Fast customer service respond

I was worried as i have read many negative comments here
And i was worried about my funds and my profits that I might be unable to withdraw at some point

But reality is something else

The platform has an amazing low slippage
Has a 24 hours support even today as Saturday
They also higher teams manager so they catch up with members
They have a very fast withdrawal process
Which is something i was worried about but the true is ultima has a fast withdrawal

So please don’t let negativity here make you panic as they have done to me many people has issue cuz they make things they shouldn’t do
