Account restricted and withdrawal blocked without clear justification
I am writing this review to share my experience with Ultima Markets.
My trading account was recently restricted and my withdrawal request was blocked after the company alleged that my trading involved “risk-free arbitrage”. However, no clear explanation, evidence, or specific clause from the Terms & Conditions has been provided to support this claim.
All trades on my account were executed manually, involved normal market risk, and included both profitable and losing positions. There was no use of automated systems, latency exploitation, or hedging strategies.
Despite multiple requests, Ultima Markets has not clearly identified which trades were considered non-compliant, nor explained why even my original deposited funds are being withheld.
At this stage, I am not disputing trading style preferences. I am simply requesting the release of my original deposited capital, which should not be considered disputed profit.
I hope Ultima Markets will address this matter transparently and resolve it fairly.
