I have tried multiple times to cancel…
I have tried multiple times to cancel subscription and have now had two shipments sent to me that 1) I did not want and 2) do not want to pay for. I even found their cancellation link on their website, and after condescending options to click for why I shouldn’t cancel, finally was able to do so. Unfortunately, shipment was still made a couple days after I cancelled.
I have tried email with minimal to no response, especially when I ask for cancellation of subscription.

Helping those in need was a scam
Helping those in need. That was in their marketing. After the purchase, I thought all was smooth. But after a week they charged me without any notice directly deducted from my bank account. They said it is part of the subscription. But I did not make any subscription and I did not made another order and I did not allowed that unauthorized purchase and deduction from my bank account.
It's been 2 weeks but there's no order or products delivery.
It was a scam.
