The shipping was quick and the item I purchased was as described but the item's box was damaged and had some dirty marks on it which as it was a gift was a bit unfortunate.

I bought two Mug Warmer sets since we both work from home. This product is the ultimate game-changer. It maintains a constant temperature—no more trips to the kitchen to re-heat.

The smart sensor activates when the heat reaches 50 degrees, especially when pouring boiling water from the kettle for my tea. And it stays warm until disconnecting the USB.

It has a sleek design and does not take up much desk space. And I like that this set comes with a lid. Furthermore, this Mug set comes in an elegant colour too.

Quick response and good quality product

I do admit I was worried when I first placed my order that it would not arrive in time. I had a short lead time, my own fault completely and was very worried I had left placing my order too long. I was blown away that my item got personally delivered to ensure I received it when I was supposed too. I will definitely be ordering through Ultimart again.
