Very hard to communicate with them as it is solely via email, manuscripts come back either with edits not completed or new issues that need to be resolved, make promises that they cannot fulfill, no final quality check to assure revisions have been completed correctly.
They have made multiple formatting mistakes, and the last one they blamed the cover and KDP clearly stated 3 interior pages that were the issue. I even consulted a Fiverr book cover expert, and he too confirmed it was not the cover, but the interior pages listed that were at issue. They kept my money, and I had to get it reformatted at my expense elsewhere. And they take days to respond back. DON'T USE THEM I did report this to the FTC.
I know these folks ended up flooded with work because of a high profile recommendation, but that is not an excuse. The specific requests I made, not hard were not done. The first draft came back with obvious problems in the TOC, mislabeled chapters. When someone fixed that they messed up the images. They never took the time do the headers the way I requested in the initial order. After a month, I gave up. Spending the extra $30 for Publishing Services was so worth it, and I got my formatted manuscript back within a week.
