This place is a scam every time you are to get your profits they come back and want more money so unless you have a lot of money stay away there are totally a ripoff

My experience and Solution
After Months of working with this company, i will be honest i had a great experience at first but later on the story changed, It became challenging to withdraw my profits, i tried contacting customer care but i never got a response. I lost hope and i thought i had lost all my money, but with the help of "janemendes77 at outlook" i was able to get back a refund

Coinexchange.io is just a scammer. I bought 1 million B3 coins and they said that B3 is going to be discontinued and need to change it to KB3. So why am I paying different price when it’s the same coin? They basically took my $100K and now I’m trying to file a complaint with this BS Company.

I bought from This a few days ago and just this morning I get an email saying that my security answer is incorrect I change it and tell them the new security answer and still no reply

Been waiting for over 38 hours for coins, messaged them loads and got nothing back. Scam! Don't trust them! Annoying as it's weekend league and I needed to buy some new players. Wish I had read reviews first

Big problems with delivery. I must wait 24-48H for my orders even on website is writen " automated delivery 24/7"

i ordered 2 orders of 250,000 coins each on the 25th april 2016 for my 13yr old son orders 15189 and 15191for some reason they tried to say they had fulfilled 15191 first for some reason then on the 26th they asked me for my details again meaning correct details i asked how as the details were the same on both orders they could fill 15191 with the wrong details anyway to cut the story short for everbody to understand these unprofessional people they then started aguing that i had had my coins from 15191 which had never shown up on my fifa account at all and telling me to stop contacting as i had had my coins and to stop tryinf it on they finally after 10 days started filling 15189 i have only had 175,000 coins out of 250,000 coins i have spoken to all and sundry at the site and just been ignored and in the end when all there excuses failed about what had happenned with order 15191 i was told E.A. had taken them rubbish after checking with E.A. so anyone thinking of using this site beware as after 12 days i have so far only recieved 175,000 coins out of 500,000 coins ordered yours peter denman

I first ordered the comfort trade and was excited to get my coins . The coins didn't come in the first 24hours and I contacted them and got no reply . Then I thought it was a scam or something I contacted them again 12 hours later and they replied that they were really backed up and would get to my order soon . So after 2 days I got my coins . Not too bad imo. They get good rep from me.

I bought 100k worth of coins through the comfort trade, first they emailed me saying they couldn't access my account even though I followed all the steps on the site. I emailed them and they took forever to reply back (24+ hours), when they finally did reply back they told me not to worry and that I would be getting the coins on that day, The day passed and i still did not get my coins, I emailed them back and they said i gave them the wrong origin codes even though i gave them the right ones, they haven't replied to me at all since then and its been 5 days and I still don't have the coins, very unsatisfied with this website, i will be filling a dispute with paypal to receive my money back
