Dreadful. Avoid at all costs. Paid a considerable sum of money for 2 cases of champagne that never arrived. There was no acknowledgement or reply to my emails and the contact number listed is false. Thankfully our bank assisted us and is currently investigating.Please be warned.

I would never ever use this company again. We bought an expensive bottle for our friends engagement. Paid extra to assure next day delivery. The product did not arrive for 12 days. Absolutely no communication whatsoever from the company. I emailed them, used an online form, used Instagram, and no acknowledgement or reply whatsoever. Only when we raised the issue with the credit card company did anything happen. Once we did so then the company refunded next day delivery and sent the product then.. but that was it… no apology no nothing. Truly terrible service.

Disappointed in arrival time as it was 11 days from the order date and on the site it states 3-5 so I did get concerned as the order was special and was for an occasion. I appreciated in these times we have to except delays but there was no communication regarding this which would have reassuring

You cannot fault this company. The prices are excellent, our item was delivered speedily and we'll wrapped to avoid breakage. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for the bottle to be engraved and instead the sent a card with the message that was to be engraved

This would of been 5 stars if I never had to wait 2 weeks, but they did email me after I asked where my order was! They had hardly any staff that's the reason for late delivery. Apart from that it was excellent, one happy customer 🙂

Product was as described but service terrible. When the product was late I called and emailed asking when I might receive my order. Ultimate Drinks made no attempt to answer or respond. I complained to my card company looking to have the payment cancelled as I honestly believed the product wasn’t coming. If you check out the Trust Pilot reviews there are lots of cases like mine. So in short if you want some drinks, want to wait for them and receive zero customer care. Then use Ultimate Drinks. I will think twice before I use them again, there are other drinks companies.

The service was excellent. The only problem was I could not arrange a convenient delivery date .

Placed a very expensive order on 23rd November and have received ZERO information from them since. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Extremely poor service. I have given the company a 3 day window to fulfil my order and failing that I will have to re-claim the payment from my credit card. Very disappointing and would advise anyone against placing orders with this website.

Have ordered 12 bottles of champagne on the 22nd of November. Never received them! They do not answer the phone and failed to respond to every one of my 3 emails. Disgraceful service!
UPDATE: After posting this review and another email on the subject 'where is my deliver' I have received 'the Refund email' apparently requested by myself! Not even the full refund! Wonder how long that would take them. Do stay away from this company.

I ordered a Gin advent calendar which has never arrived (after 2 weeks). The company phone number rings off after 5 rings and all emails sent receive a "we are isolating" template email.
It would appear this is a hoax company.
