Ordered items, wanted to send 2 of these back, the initial cost was £50, can’t get a refund only a credit note or exchange and by the time they have knocked odd restock charge, shipping etc only getting £30 credit note . Massive rip off company , AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ultimate Gainz- Extremely poor/non existent customer service following 3 items purchased in good faith all faulty! No replies to emails, link on their WhatsApp says referring to agent no one contacts. If the company is interested in contacting me the order number was 2132188 you could make this right.

Horrible experience, never order from this site! I tried to contact customer service to return what I had ordered that did not suit me and get a refund and nobody ever answered me! To flee urgently!

Terrible customer care!! I have been trying to get in touch with the company and keep telling them that the delivery service they have used does not respond and that the package they both day has been delivered never was! It’s an actual joke and a waste of money! That’s €80+ gone

I have ordered with ultimate gainz twice, the first one I ordered a set that was £54 and when it arrived I thought it didn’t worth the price as it was made cheap material and looked cheap. And the customer service at the time resolved everything, I was happy with it. I have tried a second order to give it another chance, and my order never arrived. From the two items they shipped the cheapest one, and when I have reached to them saying I had a missing item, they blamed the carrier. They replied to my emails, always blaming the carrier, until the point they just ignore my request of contact. This has been almost 2 months and half of unreplied emails!!
This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ultimate Gainz. I placed an order that never arrived, and the entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

When I reached out to Ultimate Gainz regarding the missing order, they continually directed me to the carrier, placing all responsibility on them. However, the carrier they work with is completely unreliable—both phone numbers provided (including the one on their website) are out of service, and they never respond to emails.

Despite multiple requests for a refund, Ultimate Gainz has been unhelpful. They simply tell me to contact the carrier and provide the same unusable phone number over and over again. To make matters worse, it takes them an unreasonably long time to respond to emails.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Ultimate Gainz to think twice. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve issues are unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I made my first purchase and it will be my last. I love shopping for sportswear, but I've never come across such a bad service and SCAM! They don't give you your money back, in my case not even in shop credit. They told me they accepted the return, but they don't give me the money back. Customer service barely responds and gives irrelevant information.

Bought a couple items to test it out.. bc i wasnt sure of the quality. I usually wear s-m in bottoms and small on top. I ordered small in both but the bra top felt very small and tight. The quality is very average, as their prices reflect so. I def own better quality at home and yes it is shipped from china. When i reached out to CS via instagram they replied fairly quickly so its unfortunate that many others are getting ignored. I did place another order, so we will see how it goes. This will probably be my last.

No response from Customer Service -regarding broken tights after 2 times of use.
I have written to them 3 times, with out any answer.
Impossible to get in contact with them.

Worst customer service ever! You can’t return anything. They are not responding and if they are they just send a link to the return page in a language you can’t understand.
The products it self looks and feels cheap. At all I can’t recommend

There's no customer service THEY NEVER REPLY. I have asked for a refund for my two products which were too small, they only offered a store credit (which was fine by me) charging 10% of your payment without any specific reasons. I still haven't received my store credit or refund nor have heard from them after 5 emails I have sent the last month. I was a client for a year after this they don't hear from me every again.

My overall experience is good, and therefore I am not the one to provide negative feedback.

Products like all in comparable small European businesses come from China but I wouldn’t treat this factor as negative since the quality is really nice.

I am not able to estimate how long these products will keep looking good, and therefore I will leave space for future review.

I do recommend these products.

Terrible experience do not buy from them! They send you dropshipping products from China, my order arrived after 20 days, and one of the products was different in colour, once this was pointed out after multiple emails in which they pretended to not understand, hoping that I would leave it alone, after I showed them photos of the wrong product as proof, the customer service told me that I would have to pay the cost of returning the wrong product sent by them by mistake! And they also tried to gaslight me by saying that their product was the one that I ordered! I will never buy from ultimate gainz again!

I placed an order on this site but when the products arrived I immediately noticed the poor quality of the fabric. The materials and colours are different from how they are shown in the photos they post. I made a return at my expense (well 30 €) and on October 11th the products arrived in their warehouse. It took a long time and several of my emails to receive a response until in mid-December they deigned to answer me telling me that I would not get my money back but I would have to buy other products with the refund money so they issued a voucher. Basically I threw away 119€ plus 30€ of return. Bad experience. I do not recommend everyone to buy from them !!!

I only just read these reviews, poor quality , i also have sent the items back, no emails to say they have received them , they don't reply back, is there anything that can be done about this illegitimate company selling cheap quality clothing.
They have a made up return policy, may contact citizens advice bureau for guidance,
these type of EU companies should be stopped
