I use the Ultimate just off of Southend High Street on a regular basis. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always willing to help out in finding alternatives for discontinued items or giving advice on any of the stock, which can be quite a rarity these days. All in all a
friendly experience.

They are very helpful with anything I needed. They will always order anything I need and get it sent to the shop for me.

Easy to order although prices with VAT already added would be better so that you already know how much you are paying per item rather than at the end. It is added quite sneakily aswell. Yiu getvyour subtotal and then it quickly changes to a higher total amount just as you're about to pay which could go undetected.

I have been using Ultimate for many years and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
There are all the latest products and plenty of choice and are always displayed well.
Prices are very reasonable and having both shops they always have what I need.
