complete scammers - use once to transcribe a document from PDF to word - paid once ... but kept charging me £29 had them blocked by bank after bank had informed me ... they know this company do this as they have many many reports by other customers

As per the other 164 reviews I thought I was signing for a 1-off payment and yes I too received a monthly debit of £29.90 from my credit card.

These guys are scammers! They will ask you for your bank details for a one-time PDF edit; but then, they will take your money every month; that too, around 30 quid! DON"T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS

Very disappointed as I only needed 1PDF for which I paid £2. 2 months in a row they charged me £29.99 without me even realising that I was subscribed to this. Sneaky, unclear. Will never use again.

I signed up to convert 1 pdf for £1. They scammed me in up to paying nearly £30 a month for a subscription.

On 27th November I paid £1 to this company to get a PDF file from Holland. I didn't realise that a further £29.90 would be taken from my account on 7th December. I wasn't aware that there was an agreement
and that, in very small print is a note enabling one to
cancel. Of course I can't find that receipt on line.
I see that many more people have had the same experience

For anyone who cannot find their website and cancel: go to PDF smart ( the Ultra-PDF.com is not able to find for unknown reason), use the email that you used before, go to account setting, and you might have to enter your last digital 4 numbers of your card to cancel the subscription. Such a trash website!

This is the same company as PDF SMART (on my bank account even though I purchased from PDF SMART and got "wwultrapdf" as the payee).
They asked me €1 for a few days trial and then charged me €29.90 every month despite not having agreed to be charged monthly! SCAM and thieves. I had to go to the pdfsmart . com website to cancel my subscription.
These company should be closed down!

Ultra PDF is a scam. I paid £1 for a PDF, and then they basically stole £29.90 from my Credit Card every month until i noticed so cancelled the subscription that I was unaware that I had!!

Like many many others, I have discovered that they take money without any documentation or way of contacting them. Do NOT touch them with a bargepole. They are an utter disgrace.

Same issue as everyone else paid £1.99 to make a one off pdf last week. My bank has just contacted me by text to confirm a transaction of £29.90. I text NO. My bank has suspended my account until tomorrow morning.

So wished I read this in advance of using the. Asked to complete a one off doc conversion for £1 and was fully happy with service. Then they starting charging my credit card 29.90. Bank wouldn't even cancel pending payment and forces you to contact an uncontactable scam.

They are con artists. You sign up for one week, you get charged for a whole month without even knowing it.

Unfortunately, there was no option to give zero star. They're charging £29,90 every month, even if they stated as $29
It should be £23 if you convert this amount from USD to GBP. I just paid for 7 day trial for $1 then they charged me £29,90 for 3 months. I wasn't aware of it. Now, they're still arguing with me to not to refund the differences.
Support team is rude and useless, they're just arguing instead of focusing to sort your issue.

I just noticed a pending transaction for £29.90 in my account. I contacted WW Ultra PDF via the contact form and was then able to cancel my subscription (which I had never signed up to) via the account settings button on my dashboard. I have had an email to confirm my cancellation. Complete scam as I did not sign up to the subscription service.

It’s crazy I have the same problem with all the people who comments. From the day I signed up they billed me once with the amount of 1.99,which is 7 day trial.
Within the day they charged me with the amount of 29.90. They keep charging me and it reach to 9months with the same amount.
I emailed and thinking that they will stop charging, but the same thing going on and on and I can’t stop it, unless I will call my bank and cancel the card.
