Great sales experience, best supportive mattress ever!
My spouse has a connective tissue disorder that causes sleep discomfort, even to the point of experiencing rib dislocations if in the wrong position. Mattresses are an expensive purchase that is not easily returned if the product doesn't suit your needs. Because of the disorder, online reviews do not apply and forums that focus on this disorder led to mattress recommendations that did not work for my spouse. Luna was our salesperson and Dr. Rick Swartzburg, the owner, spent so much time with us to understand the health concerns and find the best product for this specific health need. They directed us to the Back Science mattress that Dr. Swartzburg developed, and they were not wrong. We have had this matress for almost a year, and I feel confident in giving this mattress my highest recommendation. My spouse has never slept better, and the dislocations have ceased. I am an able-bodied back and side sleeper, and this mattress provides the firmness I prefer in the right spots, and eases any hip or shoulder discomfort from a mattress being too firm. The sales experience was fantastic, the staff and owner genuinely care about good sleep health, and the products are reasonably priced for the quality of sleep you receive.
