Order eventually arrived!!!
So I left a review for ultrabuy on the 12th of July as my order had not arrived then 2 weeks after purchase and I was promised I’d receive it 2-4 days later. They also did not also respond to my emails at the time and still haven’t responded.
Well close to a month after purchase, I got my order through.
So if you do order from them, you just have to be extra patient, your order will eventually arrive. It will be great if they improve their communication with customers, as this would have put my mind at rest.
