Laura is a very special person and a great asset to your company, please thank her for all her help and support dealing with the problem I had do take care of her not many people on this planet so kind and professional as her.

Site was easy to use, not sure if it was me (old age, not good with computers) but when I checked order I noticed the wrong size had registered, I sent a message and Laura replied quickly and changed the order to the correct one.

Do not order from them. I paid in January and have just today March 18th reported to my bank that I still have not received any goods or a refund as promised. They are currently being investigated and my bank have kindly refunded the payment while they also investigate.

Got mine yesterday after just over 3 weeks. Wore them straight away for a full day out shopping. Not a single issue. Already ordered six more pairs.

I've been waiting for my order since 09/02/2026 when they charged my credit card. I have had 2 separate emails to say the order has gone to shipping & will be delivered within 7 days over and when I check the website for my order status all it shows is that the order has been received even though I have emails that state it has gone to shipping but have never received a tracking number

Spent about 40 quid a month on pads for years. These will save me money in the long run. Quality is obvious the moment you open the packaging.

BEWARE! After waiting more than 3 months since December 2025 and receiving only 'promises', I asked for refund for non-delivery ... and received NO RESPONSE.

I saw the ad on FB just before Christmas 25 and ordered several pairs. I contacted c.s. to inquire when the order would arrive. I had a reply the same day plus updates until the order arrived. Mother Nature had to be a HUGE part in the delay so I didn’t worry and my patience paid off 100% I will be ordering more. The quality is far superior to what I expected. Yes it takes a few weeks to arrive. Yes it's worth every single day of waiting. I've worn them three days in a row now and not a single leak. These are genuinely life changing.

Ordered a set for my mum who's 68. She was embarrassed about the whole thing but I just ordered quietly. They arrived in about 3 weeks and she rang me to say thank you. That's a win.
