I really hope you guys read this…****

I really hope you guys read this companies reviews before handing over your clothes. I gave them a designer shirt I purchased in the netherlands and wore 1x before handing it over to them with some other clothes for a 24 hour wash. Upon receiving my clothes back they weren't even properly folded, so I started the refold process. Upon getting to my $250+ shirt, I flip it over and come to find out the back of the shirt is all ripped up. Destroyed. So they must've overheated the dryer to cause a massive tear including smaller rips on the back of my shirt. I immediately reached out to them. They first replied quickly saying show me the receipt of the shirt and we will get it covered. I check my phone 5 minutes later and the message was unsent, and then they strung me on for 6 days saying we need to review the footage until they finally said 'they couldn't find the footage of it occurring in the shop, and Based on our investigation, we can confirm that the tear on the T-shirt was already present when it was received by us. Our staff mentioned that they believed it was part of the T-shirt's design, which is why it was not specifically noted during intake.
After carefully reviewing all the evidence, we can confirm that the damage did not occur during our handling of the garment. It is possible that the T-shirt was already torn before it was sent to us and that this went unnoticed beforehand.' lol. I just wanted to see if the business owner had any ethics and would do the right thing. I wasn't even going to accept the money. I highly suggest reading the reviews before letting these people touch a single piece of your items.

Lost my Tekla bed linen (€365 worth)…

I used Ultra Laundry for a pickup in February 2026. When my laundry was returned a week later, the bed linen wasn't mine — it belonged to another customer. I handed it back to the driver immediately and reported the mix-up.

After weeks of follow-up, they located some of my bedding but key items are still missing: a Tekla duvet cover and two pillow shams worth €365 combined.

On top of that, my Sandro coat (worth approximately €600) was sent for a simple re-wash but came back having been treated with black dye. The dye transferred onto other clothing, stained our hands, and damaged a railing in our apartment. We had to throw the coat out to stop further damage.

I've been going back and forth with them for six weeks. They responded initially and promised to fix things, but after their partial delivery they stopped replying entirely. Emails go unanswered.

Nearly €1,000 in lost and destroyed items with no resolution in sight. I'd strongly advise against using this service for anything you care about.

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely Poor Service – Never Again

I decided to try Ultra Laundry because their website promised a convenient service: clothes steamed and returned within 24 hours, with the ability to choose a specific time slot. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems began.

First, their website did not allow me to select a time slot at checkout, despite advertising this feature. When I called to clarify, their phone was unreachable. They did eventually respond by email, but much later.

They assigned me a collection window of 9:00–12:00 the next day. Instead, they showed up at 12:15. On Sunday (understandably) they were closed, so the clothes were due to be returned Monday between 18:00–22:00. Without any notice, they failed to deliver on Monday, and didn’t even inform me they weren’t coming. I had to contact them on Tuesday morning to remind them they had completely missed the delivery. Only then did they admit it was an “honest mistake.” No discount was given for the inconvenience—only 10% off my next order, which doesn’t even cover the delivery fee.

The amount of time I spent dealing with their poor communication, missed deadlines, and broken promises was far greater than cycling to a local dry cleaner and picking my clothes up the next day. I learned my lesson.

Verdict: Very unreliable service, poor communication, and little regard for customer inconvenience. I will never use Ultra Laundry again.
