I'm a newbie to long distance running and also hoping to complete the MDS. The advice and support from Keith has been the best. He even recommended a shoe model he didn't sell! The delivery and return service is invaluable and enables you to order without any concerns if it's not quite the right fit. Finally I did have a problem with a rucksack and it was returned for a refund without hesitation. Absolutely brilliant and will buy from here whenever possible. Based on my great experience and the quality of running socks I bought last year, I'm a repeat visitor and bought two more (different) pairs. On checkout I selected 2-3 day delivery, and URS instead sent it 1st class so it arrived the next day in sustainable packaging and the option to return if needed. Service is outstanding!

Selection, purchase and delivery was seamless; the comprehensive information, photos and videos on the website were invaluable and my additional (text) enquiry was answered promptly. Delivery was faster than I’ll ever be. The UltrAspire Basham Race Vest is everything I hoped for, light and cool I barely noticed it last night on its first outing on the trails but with capacity to carry every eventuality the Scottish Highlands can throw at you.

Faultless service, including returns. Carefully chosen products that may be hard to find elsewhere. And a real love of the sport.
