Ordered 12 bags of flowpoint - delivery was within 24 hours and product was freshly manufactured - customer service excellent

update:
I will give ultra proucts credit as they did respond to my email and admitted their own fault of an error in the warehuse. I required the second part urgently where they arranged a next day delivery (saturday).
i received a text message from DHL saying before 10.30. Unfortuently, ultraproducts use DHL who failed to deliver the next day. they also failed to deliver the next day after that (sunday), even though i had a text message to say they will deliver. All work stopped and lost nearly two days production.
I was unable to make contact with ultra til monday morning but full credit to the lady in the office, she had arranged a before 10.30 again for that monday morning. Still waiting til 1300 hrs, i called ultra. i got them to push DHL as it was urgent. it eventually came around 1600 hrs that day.
I have had several dealings with DHL in the past where i had experienced the exact same scenario each time. Whether ultra will take advice but i explained my past with DHL and advised them to use someone else.
I didnt check what couriers ultra use but i do normally check as DHL and post office, i stay away from. if the seller wont change from those two couriers, then i shop elsewhere. until you experience them, then you wont understand why i am so picky with couriers.
I have upgraded the rating from 1 star to three star. Ultra were massively let down by DHL. Ultra customer service did their job proudly . i will give full credit to them.

ordered two units of a product from ultra allowing myself a few days leeway soi have breathing space without worrying for a delayed delivery leaving me in a mess.
They delivered one unit which will be getting used in two days time. The second still hasnt been delivered.
I have given them 48 hours to deliver the second item for when i need it.
I have had zero communications from them to tell me how and when. i will update after the two days have passed.

Just ordered 28 bags of UltraScape Flowpoint Grout via Ultraproducts. I did not know this company and couldnt find many reviews here so was a bit nervous until I saw lots of good reviews in Feefo. Anyway the delivery was timely and smooth. The delivery man could not access the road so he just brought the pallet through and was polite and accomodating. I think it makes a big difference when company can timely dispatch the stocks they advertise and that they use good delivery services. Really pleased with their service and will definetely reorder in the future whenever I can what I am looking for. Many thanks.
