I ordered a pair of shoes mid January 2025, Ultrasellershoes emailed me that it is Chinese New Year and will take a while, I can cancel the order or wait. I opted to wait for the order, however, they day I placed the order they charged my credit card without shipping any merchandise. As of today I did not receive any merchandise and my credit card bill is due for payment already....I requested a refund an did not receive it from Ultrasellershoes.

I rue the day I ever ordered from them.

Their product is terrible. Poorly sized, uncomfortable, cheaply made.

Do NOT use a sale coupon. They will claim that they can't accept returns but on advertisements with coupons they don't mention that, so you'll get the item on sale but can't return it. Even though they say you can on the initial advertisement.

There's no phone number to call. You will get the same response in email or chat from their salespeople, who started everything off with "Hi dear." It's infuriating.

Ironically it's impossible to find anything negative about them online NOR do you see negative reviews anywhere. Meaning they are made up. So I'm here to tell you: STAY AWAY. They are scammers!
