And why are u so stupid to write such lie ? if we can clearly verify that to all customers and trustpilot, order was already in your country but was missing street number, courier could not find and deliver the package. we asked you 3 times for correct address you said still sent the same one so courier sitll couldnt deliver the package, what a clown

Very disappointed
I ordered and pay for two products, they delivered only one. When asked them about the situation, no one was available to assist me on the matter. No replies to my emails.
The phone number they provide on the website it's useless. I called, no one answered. I wrote on whatsapp, when it's supposed to be 24/7 available and after so many messages to them, someone replays, talking to me with "bro". Completely useless. No real customer care service. I regret so much buying from you and I regret I placed another order, right before I received the incomplete package. Because now I'm concerned something will go wrong with this one too.
