While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM — SCAM — SCAM

SCAM — SCAM — SCAM
This company is unresponsive to my queries; therefore, my assumption is that this company is a SCAM. All emails are returned, unable to deliver. There has been a $19.97 charge to my account every month for the past couple of months. I will now resort to reporting the company to the BBB and forcing a 'stop payment' from my bank.

Fraudulent charges to my bank account

I was reviewing my bank statement and noticed a charge of $19.97 from UltraWifiPros for this month and the same amount for two previous months. I have never done any business with this company. I guess I would have been charged forever if I had not noticed. I will post again if they do not respond to me quickly. DO NOT use this company!!!!!!!

FRAUDSTER - ASSOCIATION WITH CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, BEWARE, PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

This company sends me illegal emails, violating the CAN-SPAM Act laws. They engage daily with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase their sales. The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I have no "transactional" relationship and have not given consent to email me. I do not trust companies that use illegal ad tactics. I would not recommend this company because they are aware of their infractions, yet continue. According to the FCC CAN-SPAM Act, each email sent is a violation with a $43,280 penalty. They are sending these to thousands of people. (Think Class Action) I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another. Do not reply, asking me to unsubscribe or provide you with my information. It's your responsibility to manage your third-party marketing relationships per the Act. Unsubscribing using the third-party marketing partners tool only confirms my email address, which they will use for other campaigns. GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.
