Great addition to my workspace! Very satisfied!

Minimal clean classic. Delivery was not too slow and not too fast either. I will be hoping to get their messenger bag and a non-leather backpack if they have! Just a little expensive. But I love it

Incomplete order- unresponsive customer service

Ordered 3 items, received two. Been dealing with customer service for over a month, and still no response.

I have messaged via Instagram, Twitter, YouTube in addition to their actual “customer service”

After weeks they responded that they never received my emails. Luckily I saved the evidence that I had reached out twice weeks before.

I am still waiting for my missing product. Stay away from this company by all means necessary ! I will share this with everyone until I get my product. They are a scam!

Build quality is okay (Small Crossbody Pack Bag)

Generally happy with the product, nice all black look, metal finishes.

However to point out a few disappointing areas, the metal zipper tabs makes a lot of noise when carrying, as well as it takes quite a bit of effort to close up the zipper if the bag is opened all the way.

Interior quality could be better, where 2 inner pockets reached me with wobbled shaped, and have not been able to straighten out the kinks yet.

I enjoyed the ULX online shopping experience and am satisfied with the leather mat that arrived, being the only thick, genuine leather mat available. It did take some time to arrive and tracking was lost after it left UK however this is likely a result of covid and not ULX's issue. Overall, super happy and super satisfied! 10/10 would recommend.

Good product and quick delivery. The only bad surprise was that I had to pay custom duty which was approx. 20% of the price of product.

Great store! The products are carefully selected and the quality is top notch. Cheap and tracked delivery to Russia is especially appreciated.

ordered a mat for my dad's bday, he was really happy. It makes for a really clean looking desk, and it's great quality !

I purchased the full leather desk mat, in black about 7 months ago. It just gets better with age. Outstanding!

perfect desk pad! it is the "right" size and the "right" amount of cushion as you write.

Three big problems:
1) Hidden fees. €8 to get the mat past customs. Brexit not an excuse - that was back in 2016.
2) Unprofessional fulfilment by Correos, ended up having to pick the parcel at the local post office and pay the €8 cash only.
3) The first experience about the product is dismal, it arrives rolled in a thin plastic sheet, completely wrinkled. I just hope the wrinkles go away, even though I am not buying from ULX again.

Update: after unrolling the product 6 hours ago, still looking wrinkled and bad... meanwhile ULX claiming to Trustpilot that my review is not legit.

Update2: response from ULX claiming no responsibility and making no apology. It's not that "I missed the first delivery", it is that the first delivery needed the customs fee to be paid in cash, with no change given... so again lousy choice of fulfilment partner. Check well before buying from these guys and ULX - listen to your paying clients.

The cover is sturdy and looks good on my I-Phone

I love the ULX desk mat. The dimensions are great and the thinness makes it a stylish piece for my desk. Its certainly more designerly than most desk mats.
