About two weeks ago, I bought a Walter CP88 co2 pistol. It has been nothing but trouble since then. What a dreadful piece of workmanship. It has developed several faults within a short space of time and now I am returning it to the retailer (the Wolfman) for a full refund. I suggest avoiding the products of this company at all costs.
I bought a Readyair compressor, received it, and it didn't work, wrote to the shop i got it from and asked what to do? They tell me that they'll contact umarex a week passes and I diced to write to umarex customer support myself, one week passes and I don't hear from them, I write again 14 days passes and I still haven't heard a word from anyone, and I'm stuck with a compressor that never worked, I can't recommend buying anything from this company so far.
Bought an Umarex T4E / HDR50. Used it a couple of times, then it developed a gas leak. I contacted them via email and heard nothing. Now I'm left with an expensive paper weight.
Bought a Glock 17 Gen 4, Had issues with it, still not got an email back from them 1-2 weeks later, asking for support, had to go through retailed as his emails to them were the only ones being answered, when he emailed them they would not supply him with the replacement part. Never buying Umarex again, stay away, their customer sup[port is NON EXISTENT for buyers!
Don't bother - I have a 2 year old CO2 pistol that they cannot supply basic spares - seals - for and aren't interested in supplying info for.
We got a very bad treatment when we asked for a dealer deal .They think they have the best products in the world and therefore you get an arrogant tone. But remember your company is nothing there are many other companies on the market that are much further ahead than you.
