Started well!…

When I opened my account (July 2021) I was very impressed with service and the platform. In March 2022 things started to breakdown. I have heard nothing since early March. My account manager is not replying to email, customer service is not replying to email and their webpage is currently unavailable. A request for a small withdrawal, as a test, was acknowledged but not fulfilled. Very disappointing as I initially enjoyed the experience. It looks like it is not legitimate!

Do not put money into Umarketz.
They will not refund money if you try to close your account. Then they abuse and swear prolifically at you.

Don't go near umarketz.com as it is a ripoff scam. They start off with what you feel you can afford and then to encourage you to put in more, they will put in a the same amount to help you.Don't do it as now you owe them basically the same as what you have put in and when things go bad you lose the lot. Initially they were doing about 10-12 trades a week making nice small profits. My handler, JEFF, went missing for a week and suddenly I had 50 trades, buy and sell for thousands of dollars each and after 2 months of not being able to do anything because it was on there 'automatic system' I lost everything. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB THEY ARE POISON.

I have lost close to us dollars 25000 through 'Umarketz'

I have lost close to US $25000 through Umarketz. They have a very good psychological approach to scamming your funds. They ask for a small amount and then go onto another tier. Then ask for more funds to that you make more profits. Then when they promise you the world and insurances and you won't lose anything, they ask for more funds. They will call you and let you know that there is a very good investment in the money market, which I thought was unusual considering I thought it was only crypto currency. They call you for more funds because you need insurance because you have to prop up the fall. When you're totally drained they get heavy and insist you find money. I had no money left and drained my account. Had nothing left. I lost everything. I am a Streetwise person of 65 years of age. They are very very clever in gaining your full trust. Beware of anyone with initials VB
I am a complete novice and I trusted totally in their initiative.
Don't believe everything is so colourful. If it's too good to be true, nine times out of ten it usually is. This site is very flimsily produced, compared to other legitimate sites. What is also unusual, they do not have support team help section on their page.

Don't believe everything you read either. These guys use Ghost writers or members of their scamming team, writing positive reviews themselves.

I am on Facebook- under the name up top, if you wish to hear in detail and to prove to you I am not a robot. you're welcome to contact me.

Trustpilot is a very good site but the scammers are getting very sophisticated. in Australia it's become an epidemic. Trustpilot cannot cover all the spots.

If you do go into crypto, check where you can, all reviews, not only on trustpilot. they May not be who they claim to be.

Be afraid! be very afraid!!! When you have realised you've lost all your money, no one will hear you scream!

I am so ashamed, embarrassed that this is happening to me. This broker is 100% scam. Please believe me!

I'm not from the banking industry, doing the same thing about crypto.
I'm just a self employed gardener.

I have noticed that they have just gone into Damage Control, posted a lot of other fake positive reviews since mine. Do your research! This scum has got to be stopped. They are trying to inundate false positive reviews to inundate, so my review will be less seen. Very clever! I hope trustpilot sees what's happening!

Do you believe! the general manager of you 'Umarketz", instead of returning funds through the incompetence of the manager, who was handling my account, asked me to deposit more FUNDS to recoup my losses. The whole conversation stemmed with undertones, it was my fault. From day 1 was told not to worry and everything is insured and I will lose nothing. The general manager was spurking the same conversation- "you have my word:! Basically, you will get your money back and more!

The absolute Gall of this company has no limits. I will swear testimony affidavit in court if need be of how they assured me not to worry or concern myself with any possible losses.

'Umarketsz' say, all transcripts- calls to clients are recorded, if so, I have no doubt if presented in court, will prove the manipulation tactics used by this company.

The general manager made out that I'm only a little fish in a BigPond, when it comes to financial investments with their company. If this is true why would he want me to trust him and invest another measly extra $5,000 If their reputation is so important? He should have said- as goodwill, and the honesty of our company and reputation, we will assure the return of your investment due to the total misconduct of the manager handling your account. If I was so insignificant in reference to $5,000, why would they want me to invest this amount?

Why is it they didn't have $10,000 extra themselves to Bridge the downfall of the money market? the manager at that time, knew quite well I have depleted all my liquidity bank account funds. Constantly reassuring me there are big profits to be made and I should find the extra $10,000 elsewhere. It would only mean there would be a lesser dividend instead of losing all my investment if they did. considering it was only a measly $10,000 to them😆🤣

I can see how this can really work well for them! get a few clients together, novices. Play to their expectations. One final push, knowing they have scammed nearly all your funds. Then say, it's imperative for you to deposit more, otherwise you will lose all your funds. What can you do when you have zero!? There is no choice. using their funds and yours conjoin they make a big killing. Claiming you have lost your funds and it's your fault. They will show you graphs and put a spin why you've lost your money. (This is hypothetica) based on my experience, logic and common sense. 😁 common sense is a little bit late for me now!

There are lots of policies on how to use the platform and they want their users to follow them. There's a great video tutorial library for learning purposes, but I think there should be some eBooks too and update those videos more often.
