How this company uses Trustpilot

After more than 17 years working in this industry, I've rarely felt compelled to leave a negative review. However, my experience with Umbrella has unfortunately broken this trend. From the outset, I was sold services that were either non-functional or unavailable in my country, a critical detail that was overlooked or perhaps not clearly communicated by the company.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues through their support system, my requests for assistance seemed to be lost in translation, with no substantial resolution provided. The challenges with scheduling due to time zone differences only added to the frustration, making it nearly impossible to find a suitable time for discussions that could potentially rectify the situation.
I approached Umbrella with the hope of a straightforward resolution, specifically a refund, given the services purchased were not as described. Regrettably, my request was met with silence, marking a stark departure from the customer service excellence I expected based on their reputation. This lack of response has left me feeling let down and compelled to share my experience publicly.
It is not my preference to escalate matters in such a manner, but after being left with no other recourse, I feel it is necessary to inform others of the potential pitfalls of engaging with Umbrella. My aim is not to disparage, but to provide an honest account of my experience to help others make informed decisions.
I sincerely hope that Umbrella takes this feedback as an opportunity for reflection and improvement. The digital services industry thrives on trust and reliability, and it is never too late for a company to turn things around and live up to the expectations set by themselves and their clients.
The company seems to be unable to connect the dots once the sale is completed.
Lots of moving and shuffling between people, services and fulfilment.
Nice enough people.
Not 100% capable
The company did a hour long website and made this presentation about a product that is suppose to be revelutionary, and promoted 3X495 price, then you click the link and pay the price and then the surprises start, you spend money thinking you are getting this great product all in one, and then you find out you have to pay more if you want the full benefit, so feeling like I have come this far and i'm lucky enough to have the money I click the next link that is $695. you would think that was enough but no now they have another product that will help you succeed and it's $195. at this point I'm scared to click the link because I'm being charge for every click of the link, you would think with the very long redundant presentation that somebody might have mention that you will be upsell or charge more money than you have and may not get the whole product. then after skipping that upsells, I'm told click on this link to register for a live training and guess what, it's a replay, of some guy who looks like he hasn't sleep in week, and if that isn't enough, once you are all paid up you are left to a knowledge base to figure out what you know pick up from the training videos. I am really sick of paying for products and believing in these company's that after they have you money you are on your own
