Cancellation is only by phone. Nobody pickts up. I waited 1 full hour before giving op. It also cost me money for a 0900.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR!
I've been overcharged by the insurance company. Despite agreeing to pay monthly, they charged me for three months upfront. I was also okay with that, but the basic math was not correct, resulting in a total charge of 824.94 euros instead of the expected 412.47 euros. I brought up the discrepancy, reminding them of their agreement to pay for three months, but they continued to email me demanding 824.94 euros, even after I paid the correct amount.
I feel like they're trying to scam me into paying more and am frustrated with the constant "pay your bill" emails. I asked them to correct the mistake multiple times but hasn't seen any action, leaving me questioning their reliability as an insurance provider.

Avoid at all cost. It dififcult and expensive to contact them if anything goes wrong, and they dot even bother sending you any notifications.
