Highly recommend for individuals and families

We had an amazing experience and UmmerExperts was a big part of that by preparing all the documents and flight details to the hotels and being available when we needed to speak to them prior to our journey.

I would recommend using them to our friends and families.

Wanted to share my full umrah experience with Umrahexperts.co.uk
Subhan Allah I received my umrah visa when I myself approached the Saudi Embassy in London and applied personally. But Umrahexperts did not reapply and said the Saudi Embassy rejected my visa and no reason given.I did not got my refund.
Over all my Umrah trip organised by umrah experts was good Subhan Allah.I travelled on the 22nd of Dec'24 from London Heathrow to Madina Airport and came back to London Heathrow from Jeddah Airport on the 30th of Dec'24.by Gulf Air.
The ground transport provided by Umrahexperts was good, Maryum from umrah experts was constant in touch on whattsapp and the ground staff at KSA were regularly updating the schedule.The Ziyarat at Madina was very good.The tour guide was well experienced Alhamdulilah.
But when I landed at Madina Airport I had to walk out of the airport with my luggage and kids and go to some parking lot , as the driver did not come inside the airport to pick.You can purchase a KSA SIM card at Madina Airport after you pick your luggage and head at the exit gate.Near the exit gate you can find Mobily,STC counters.You need to show your visa to purchase a new SIM.Choose whatever mobile plan suits you.
But PLEASE PLEASE be very clear and precise when dealing with Maryum and Shahid.Inform them before you do any payments what passport you hold and the hotels you need to book.As I confirmed Zam Zam Pullman Hotel at Madina.But after the payment I was told the hotel is full / the prices have increased and had to accommodate on another hotel Shaz Regency Plaza.It was good though.
But Al Shohada Hotel at Ajyad Street in Mecca was disappointing.We were a family of 4 ,the room was a 2 bedroom but they kept 2 more beds and made it look like a quad room(for 4 people), it was so tight there were no enough space to sit or keep luggage, and the water was leaking in the bathroom whenever we took shower.When I requested at the Hotel reception to change the room as it was too tight for 4 people , they said this is what they have.
This was not expected when I choose and paid for 5 Star Hotel Accomodation at Madina and Mecca.
Finally I would Like to close with my advice to visit Umrahexperts office or anyother travel agent personally and discuss your Umrah Plan before doing any payment. I contacted them online and later visited their office in Stransted after doing all the payment.
Nothing Personal with anyone. Just wanted to share my experience and make people aware , so they choose the right travel agent to make their Holy Pilgrimage of Umrah or Hajj memorable and hassle free

Me and family was very satisfied with the process we first stayed in Makkah in el ebba hotel they were very good staff and clean and nice food) which wasn’t to far from haraam and was easily walkable . For Medina we stayed in Zowar hotel which wasn’t as good as el ebba but it was very close about 3 minutes walk.
The communication between us and umrah express was very transparent and was easy to change stuff to adjust our needs.

It was a really goods experience with them. Mateen bhai helped us through out planning the whole journey and also he was there to answer questions during the journey. Everything was inclusive, Hotels were amazing and near. Also the transport was 10/10. Always new cars, spacious and on time. Thanks to Mateen bhai and all team.

I am very grateful for mateen helping us through our spiritual journey to make everything easy for us from travel, hotel and transportation we had no worries about our visas he helped us with everything so easily. Alhamdulillah a good service for a fair price. I was in contact with Maryam and she was very helpful towards me, via email and WhatsApp. Even after completing my umrah, I had some last minute requests and she promptly responded with some solutions. She did not at all show signs of frustration with me and was utterly professional.

Amazing experience with Umrah Experts. Brother Luqman was extremely helpful throughout my experience, even replying to a query I had when I was in Madinah. I booked a few months in advance for an Umrah trip with whole family, and he constantly kept me updated and organised everything in very good time. The overall cost was extremely reasonable considering I also booked a few days' stopover in Doha on the way back, I also booked my flights through them. Excellent hotel.recommendstions by brother Luqman provided us with a very pleasant overall experience. I highly recommend Umrah Experts, and in particular brother Luqman. I will definitely be booking my next trips for Umrah/Ziyarah through them In Sha Allah.
