I would highly recommend not ordering from Umusic canada as I put an order in, in November 2025 it's now Feb 2026 and have not received updates or anything after multiple emails with generic email replies with no followup. At this point I am just going to take the loss and warn everyone not to order from their site.
placed an order with umusic canada in november 2024 and still have had no update despite it saying shipping would be on 13th December 2024. After countless emails and social media messages they still fail to reach out to me. If i didn’t know someone who had a positive experience with them i wouldn’t have ordered with them. $100 wasted. Left people upset on Christmas.
I ordered a brand-new vinyl. I opened it, and one disk was scratched and distorted. They won't accept returns on opened goods. However, since this was a manufacturing error they offered to send me another vinyl or to refund my order. Customer service takes a while to hear back from and shipping is rather slow. Otherwise, they were great!
After reading the reviews of the US site I was worried. Fortunately the Canadian version has no such issues. My order arrived quickly even though it was leading up to the holidays. Will order again, highly recommend.
