Delayed shipment repeatedly. Now it's impossible to return items. Returns require an RMA prior to sending the items back, and I've been waiting 17 days for a response. The only response received back in that time completely ignored my clear RMA request, resulting in me having to email yet again. Any email takes a minimum of 7 days to get a response. Will be going through my credit card to recover funds.

Customer service (sic) is a(n unfunny) joke. The best is the tracking numbers that don’t exist in any carriers system and the complete lack of meaningful communication outside of canned responses that they copy/paste IF they respond, which is almost never.

This is a scam. Paid for a Taylor Swift t-shirt in October and still did not get it. They apologised for the issue after weeks of chasing them and said it had been lost and they had resent. That was a lie. Now they say i can get a refund in 7-10 working days… completely unacceptable and not sure that i will get to see the money

Email from Umusic requesting I close the complaint so they can refund my money. Complaint closed, now the emails start again they are going to ship my package, which I’ve told them 5x I don’t want it anymore! This company is a fraud, if you order anything from them use paypal to cover your purchase. You will NEVER GET YOUR ITEM!! And maybe never get a refund either… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Me and my homies hate UMG
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from UMG. Much like everyone else, I was bugging customer service for 3 months about my order, and after receiving a tracking link that never updated, I was told that there was an error and I could either get a refund or a reshipment if they have stock (they don't). After 3 months of being strung along. Please save your money and sanity and NEVER order from here.

Can I give less than one star? I placed an order on Dec 9th, order never shows as shipped. Have contacted the company multiple times and heard nothing in return. There is no number to call so I'm stuck sending messages that go in to a void. My credit card was charged so now I'll have to dispute the charge. As another reviewer said it feels like they just stole my money and vanished. So disappointing as I went to the artist's site and this is who he uses. Seems its the only way to purchase the art I really wanted. So incredibly frustrating.
Purchase never ships
Purchased vinyls on November 24th, 2023. It's now January 9th and my order still hasn't been shipped. Contacted customer support twice already and haven't got a single reply. Will be calling my credit card company to dispute this care since it seems Universal just simply stole my money.
No Updates or Customer Service
I ordered some Merch and I have not received any updates on the order. Like everyone else said on here... avoid! I will fight until the end to receive either my order or a full refund, despite no customer service available to contact. It's totally unacceptable (if not bizarre) for one of the largest media corps in the world to operate so unethically.

Seems to be common to not get your order. They send template emails stating they are busy and will look into it for you, getting back to you in a few days. But nothing ever happens.
Even when I used to order stuff out of the back of a magazine all those years ago, I’ve never waited this long for an order or a proper response to what’s happening.
So, if you find these reviews before you order your official merch, think about how long you are willing to wait and good luck.
I’ll be waiting until the spring before I get my shirts or a refund by the looks of it.

Like everyone else, I ordered product in October and charged immediately. 3 months later.... nothing. Only way to contact them is via email and they don't respond. Agree with someone else's comment that I wish we could all lawyer up and do something about this.

I would give a zero if possible. They have screwed up over and over again, it's almost comical. They have sent wrong items on multiple occasions. They have failed to send replacements or refunds on multiple occasions. It takes them weeks to respond to customer service emails. I would highly recommend staying far away.

Never got my package …customer service…
I eventually got my Post Malone t Shirt. I paid for overnight shipping yet I received the shirt a month later. It was a Xmas gift and I feel like it ruined Xmas not to have it here.
Customer support does not exist
Customer support does not exist. Ordered 3x items on one order. All showed in stock on the website and not pre-orders. Three months later and nothing has arrived. When you try the online chat or email support you get a "we'll get back to you in two to three days" response. After that, an email a week later to say they are really busy and if you need help then send another email (and if you don't send an email they'll assume it's case closed). Not happy.

I ordered a Louie Armstrong Christmas record and paid for expedited shipping - it should have arrived in time for the holiday. They kept changing the shipping date and I still have not received it. I email and they email back saying they can look up my order if I give them my email. Obviously these are automated response emails because I have given that info in my email. I have requested numerous times to cancel the item and still can't get an actual person to respond. Do not order from this place and beware they use different company names but they are all the same distributor.

Awful! Ordered two hoodies in June ….. June!!! Received only one, early December. Sent email to CS. It’s been 12 days and no response at all. Terrible. Would really like a refund and too late to do a charge back :(

Terrible. Took my money for a Taylor Swift Sweater stating release date 15/12. I contacted them on the 21st and they emailed back saying it would be shipped within the next 1-2 working days. They have emailed today refunding my order!

Responsive and on time
I feel terrible that so many had such a bad experience as my experience was the exact opposite.
I ordered Billie Eilish merchandise in early December. I was a little nervous when it seemed my order was not shipping quickly enough, then I read the reviews here and started to panic.
I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and assured me my order would be on time. I received it today, right on time.
I will definitely order from them again.

Worst customer service i have ever encountered. You get automated email responses that keep asking you the same thing over and over, it’s been 3 weeks of this, no actual help. Never buying from them again

I am so sad. This is the only website to buy official Taylor Swift merchandise. You think she would care about her merch. Said order would ship December 15th. Paid 25.00 extra for expedited shipping and it has still not shipped. Really, with all her billions she can’t find a reliable place to market her merchandise. No replies from emails and that is a 200 dollar present that won’t be here. Way too disappoint your young fans Taylor!
