More people should know about this company. I've taken my Blockcard all over the world and it works flawlessly. They are regulated by SEC and very compliant. I'm hyped about the mobile app and many of the great features that are coming next.

Good and Bad
It's good because you can transfer various crypto to the card, and use it anywhere. That part is amazing, and they have an actual usable website instead of one that points to a phone app (seriously people, stop telling me to use crypto on my phone) so all of that is really top-notch, but it's bad because the amount you send is not the amount added to the card. You basically get a random amount of money in the ballpark of what you sent, such as sending $350 worth of XLM and balance increases by $300. Then later the balance will randomize itself based on some unknown external market which isn't even prominently linked from the site. I think it's good for small amounts, but the larger my balance becomes the shadier it seems that my balance is essentially controlled by RNG, and since there are also fees, I can't imagine that 6% would even cover whatever amount has gone missing. It's also annoying that you have to call some hotline number to setup a PIN instead of being able to do it online like everything else. All of those problems only remove 1 star, because the good parts are so good that it's hard to drag it down too far. I recommend it, but do think it could be greatly improved.

Regarding deposits. We have a system in place to keep users from being able to manipulate the system. This keeps the bad actors from being able to tank the price to hurt others while benefiting themselves. We do this to protect our users. Thanks

I have been using the Blockcard for most of the 2021. It took me several times to get it all down and every time I thought something was wrong, customer service was there to save my day! If you ever have problems, DON'T WORRY, just send in a support ticket, they'll be on it, FAST! Now I am looking into staking to get the rewards on transactions, really sounds good! What better way to be rewarded than a straight percentage on all debit card transactions! All together, I feel I have really given this service a nice test run and WOW, getting my favorite crypto turned into my local fiat currency(Mxn Pesos) through Blockcard, it's a game changer! Oh, and the fees are not even noticed.

Name change doesn't improve service
I have requested assistance in returning my funds since the bank doesn't support people from my country but not one is able to assist instead i am referred to other apps for assistance. I have begged and begged but no one is interested in helping me. When blockcard changed name to Unbanked, I thought that the service will improve but that did not happen. So there is no improvement
