Terrible
I ordered a set of click 2 fit blinds for our bedroom. They are terrible, they look like something from Temu. They are supposed to be blackout blinds but light comes in all around them. I even paid the extra in case they don't fit where they gurantee to repace if you measure wrong, but these will never work as black out blinds. They clips have also damaged the piping on our window. I have asked to return them for a refund as the quality is awful and not worth the money paid. I've been going back and forth for 2 weeks sending multiple photos, I have been accused of lying about putting fittings in. I keep being fobbed off saying the Engineers need to look at the photos. The worst company I have dealt with to date. If you want good quality blinds and good customer service look elsewhere. Will see if they end up doing the right thing or not. As you can see by their reply below, they are also lying about not receiving photos, I sent them every photo they have requested straight away. Aparantly their instructions for fitting is not how you should fit them? This has gone to a Paypal dispute as they are really difficult to deal with.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed the images provided, it appears the support bracket has been installed into the window beading rather than in the intended position. Unfortunately, the beading is not designed to support the centre support bracket in this way, and this can result in damage to the beading as well as affect how the blind sits within the frame.
Our fabric is 100% blackout, however, as with all fit2frame no drill systems, small light gaps around the edges are unavoidable. If the blind measurements or installation are not quite correct, these gaps can be more noticeable.
To help us fully investigate your concerns, we requested photos showing both the width of the blind fabric and the visible glass size. These images are needed for our engineers to verify whether the blind has been manufactured to the correct dimensions. At this stage, we have not yet received these specific photos, so we have been unable to complete our assessment.
We appreciate that this process has been frustrating, but our aim has always been to establish the cause of the issues before determining the appropriate resolution. As soon as we receive the requested images, our engineers will review them promptly so we can move your case forward.

After investigating your order, we found that the order details initially provided were incorrect, which resulted in the wrong order being cancelled and refunded. As soon as this was identified, we did everything we could to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, by that stage the correct order had already been manufactured and dispatched, so it was no longer possible to cancel it.
Although the delivery charge was applied correctly, we refunded the delivery surcharge as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the matter.

Unbeatable blinds have been absolutely excellent all the way through from ordering to receiving. They helped me so much with sizes etc. The insurance is a must as I botched up the sizes to start with. They took the blinds back and just gave me the proper size when I had measured it correctly. So easy to deal with and sort out. I will definitely be using this company again. Excellent customer service. Quality is amazing too at a great price.

Was not happy only opened it yesterday when I needed to put it up. It was the wrong size especially when I gave the correct size ..the quality and colour was good but what was the point when I couldn't put it up very disappointed.

Aslong as you can use a tape measure, you can order your own blinds. Very easy website to use, with easy to follow measuring guides. Unbeatable blinds were fairly priced, roughly the same as most of the competitors. My order of three different blinds Turned up a day early, and were easy enough to fit if you're pretty handy, and once again... can use a tape measure. Do abit of research on measuring and fitting and you won't go far wrong! I will be using them again for a couple more blinds.
