Best service and top quality products

Based on my personal experience, I strongly believe Unboxify is completely unreliable. I ordered an Apple Watch Series 9 and they delivered a demo/display unit, even though their website clearly claimed to sell only unboxed products with valid warranty. The watch was not connecting properly, the setup kept failing, and the warranty had already expired.

For me, this feels like a fraud and scam-type experience, and I regret trusting this platform. Their WhatsApp customer support was unhelpful and kept giving repeated, copy-paste replies without providing any real solution.

Because of this entire experience, I am going ahead and filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court and the National Consumer Helpline. My honest advice to others is: do not buy any products from Unboxify, especially expensive electronics. It is simply not worth the risk.

If the product is working good, you are lucky. They don't return the product or refund. If contacted, they were asked to contact the brand service. Not recommended.

I’d ordered a couple of headphones and earbuds from Unboxify before — those experiences were fine. But my latest order, a MacBook, really changed my opinion of them.

They advertise “unboxed” products as like-new or barely used, but what I received was clearly used. The battery had over 300 cycles, there were a few dents, and both the power adapter and cable were third-party, not original Apple ones.

I contacted their support with photos and battery info, hoping to sort it out — but all I got were scripted copy-paste repliesfrom their website. No actual acknowledgment of the issue, no option for a phone call, and no attempt to resolve it.

In the end, I kept the device because the price was close to what I’d pay in the second-hand market and I needed it urgently. But if you’re expecting a true “like-new” or “unboxed” product from them, don’t.

For smaller items (under ₹10k), maybe it’s okay — but for bigger purchases, I’d stay away.

Just wanted to share this so others know what to expect.

Unboxify has given access to some awesome and expensive products which were unaffordable earlier.
only issue is that, we received the product without its box. This reduces the value of product if resaling and also causes trust issues regarding its purchase.

So I recently ordered an iPad 10 gen from unboxify and I received it but it was damaged and was not booting so I asked for a refund and they refused.so now i am escalating the issue to consumer court and I am gonna take them down they dont know that i am a lawyer.

I ordered on this website on 5 Oct, order was accepted and delivery date was 4-6 days, i waited till 10 Oct but there was not update from merchant so i went online to check status and track order...then i realised that they cancelled my order on 7 Oct but never informed me, when i conncted for support as i never cancelled that order, they said required article is "Out of stock" but i can see same article available but at a higher price.

Will be happy to share screen shots of product as it was same..with your revert i would like to mention that products should only go live post quality check, if you are checking products post sales then also its a waste of time for consumers coming on your website, so claims in your replies are definitely as per your convinience while showing faulty products on website in itself shows crediblity of your products.

Bought two products, Skullcandy headphones and Bose sound bar. Both products were delivered in excellent condition and are working very well. Unboxify website is quick and easy to navigate. Prices are very attractive and discounts are genuine.

the product which was delivered was out standing in performance and the buds of JBL was out standing in performance. Through unboxify we can get that product which are not in our money range.

I bought charger of S25 ultra which was genuine and price was very competitive.
You should go without any hesitation.
