Seven thousand value product they set the 3 to 4 days. Sure, refund will be done on same original payment method. More than 20 days over still nor ras one.They don't have any customers service.I try to contact the whatsapp number.

Scammers, stay away from this website. They are not authorized resellers of any of the brands whose products they sell. They sell products marked "Brand New" and share fraudulent invoices with you if the brand asks for them.

Bought a pair of "Brand New" Sennheiser Momentum TW4 earbuds from them, and they stopped working within a year. Sennheiser told me point blank that they are not authorized.

Unboxify's Customer Support is worse than useless, and washes their hands of any support whatsoever.

I purchased Samsung Yalach Tab A11 8.7 images fee weeks back. It was as if a brand new product. Purchase was
hassle free, process honest.

I came across unboxify, looking at the price I was skeptical whether I will get original product and in what condition. But I took my chance and placed the order for Belkin Qi2 power bank, I received it promptly, and to my surprise it was a box packed packed and in perfect condition, I has been a month and I have been using it regularly and it is working perfectly. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite seeing mixed reviews, I proceeded with placing an order. Shortly after placing it, I decided to cancel the order.

However, there is no option available to cancel the order through your website. I have also tried reaching out via email, WhatsApp, and phone, but there has been no response or support from your side.

This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

If my order is not cancelled immediately and a full refund is not processed, I will be forced to raise a dispute with my bank and proceed with further legal action.

I recently purchased a PS5 Disc open box unit on unboxify . There was a slight delivery delay However, when I contacted support on WhatsApp, they responded promptly and even initiated a refund for the expedited shipping charges due to the delay.
The product was very well packed and came with the yellow warranty card, with around 8 months of official Sony warranty still remaining. The console itself looks practically brand new — no scratches or visible signs of use, and it works perfectly. The inner box had a minor tear, but nothing that affected the product condition.
Overall, despite the small delivery delay, the quality of the product and the support experience were reassuring. The price was much lower than the current market rate.

I ordered Samsung original 45w charger without cable (seal packed) and received it within 4 days. It was sealed and working cometely fine without any kind of issue. I bought it for around 1100 which is more than 50% cheaper than the original website or amazon. Will surely buy something again pretty soon.

I bought an ipad 11 th gen paying 28k there was a huge dent on the product but they are taking it return.

I placed an order (#KL23320388UN) for a projector on February 7, 2026 through Unboxify.in. As of February 22, 2026, the order status still shows “Unfulfilled.” Despite waiting 16 days, I have not received any shipping updates, communication, or resolution from the company.
This lack of transparency and failure to deliver the product is highly disappointing. I requested either immediate shipment or a full refund, but no action has been taken.
Unboxify.in’s customer service has been unresponsive, and I strongly caution other buyers to be careful before placing orders on this platform.
