I had been a loyal customer since 2018 and recently they have been slack. I'm currently waiting for my order after ordering and paying a week ago! This has happened for the last 2 occasions but I kept giving them a chance to fix up.. I've been emailing them, but getting no communication and I refuse to get robbed by them! SCAMMERS!

Terrible ordered before next day delivery was perfect now done the same again and nothing a week later. Order still says on hold even though I paid straight away. Not contact information so can’t even email or call them to find out what’s wrong. Just got bumped for my money I guess! I’d recommend thecbdflowershop.co.uk instead they have kept me going while I’m waiting for these people to send my order out but taking it it’s not coming now. I’m going from everytime uncle herb to never again uncle herb!

I made a big order so that I can truly test their quality with a range of flavours.
Most of their "flowers" smell and taste the same, some of their buds were overcooked and brown (dying)
This company is not fake, however they are not legitimate or professional enough to compete with the bigger/better CBD companies
The prices aren't very good and they don't always send you what you have paid for.
They only accept bank transfer, which is very risky for the customer, and when they get your order wrong - there is no way to contact them.
They do not respond to any emails, they do not have a customer service phone number, and they do NOT refund any money for mistakes that they make.
You, as a customer, are not covered by any direct debit guarantees and your details are not protected once uncle herb have access to your bank information.

DO NOT TRUST THEM

I have used other CBD websites and they are much more professional and reliable.

I ordered 14g but only received 7g, emailed them many times, no response. Suppose if they get your order correct, it's ok but if something is missing or wrong, don't expect it to be resolved. Totally disgusted with the lack of customer service and because they only take bank transfer, you can't even claim your money back. In future I will use reliable companies like"Get Hemp". Uncle Herb is a crook, they really need to work on their communication and resolving customers issues. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. I would advise anyone who uses them, buy at your own risk, it's a flip of the coin kind of service.

Ordered my product on Monday and it arrived Tuesday morning exactly as requested and of a very high quality. Note that they only accept bank transfer at the current time but i can't fault the service at all

When its good its good, when it goes bad your f'ed. They're still functioning as a newbie company. They dont hold good records of purchase and delivery. Make sure you video record opening. Wouldn't advise... There's the same sites out there with better service and more legitimate (professional), I learnt after this experience. Its still very armature. There's no reassurance if anything goes wrong. There's no security... hit and miss site. Long story short, no.

10 days after payment, nothing has been shipped. I emailed to ask 5 times and no response.

How do I get my money back?

Uncle herb you are truly amazingly superb..
Recieved today when ordered on Sunday evening.. the buds look succulently delicious and smell so good..

Came so fast considering christmas time, so happy with my order thank you so much it has beeen so helpful

Ordered two 3.5s less than 48hrs ago and they just arrived. Props already for that. Herb came in nice packaging, looks and smokes great. Can be smoked by itself for medicinal purposes or sprinkled in with its thc counterpart for a smoother smoke

Ordered on Saturday evening, still hadn’t received my Tuesday so sent an email, had a response asking for my order number which I gave to them, again had no reply until late evening to tell me that my payment hadn’t gone through (websites fault not mine) and that I need to re order, wasn’t given any incling in regards to payment failure so I assumed my order was on the way, awful site to order from do yourself a favour save the stress and avoid !!!!

Terrible service placed an order a month a go still not received anything and can’t get in touch with anyone.

Must be scamming everyone out of money

Absolutely amazing customer service! It arrived the next day. I was sceptical about paying by bank transfer so I emailed asking if they had a PayPal as I couldn’t get on to my online banking and I needed my order asap. They replied quickly and even dispatched my order before I payed. I sent the money a couple hours later when I could get on to my banking app. When the product arrived it was discreet and well packaged. The flower itself was outstanding for the price and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much uncle herb

Great! I decided to buy a bag of shake as this was my second attempt at trying cbd flower. The first stuff I got was from a different company and it was pretty poor quality.
The bank transfer aspect gave me slight pause for concern but it was only £25 so I thought "why not?"

I made a slight hiccup in the bank transfer process but used the 'contact us' form on their website and got an email reply the same day.

The next email I received was the one saying payment had been received and the order had been processed and dispatched. It arrived 2 days later.

Smelled great, it was a mix of various strains so there was a lot going on smell wise. Not too dry not damp. Lots of relatively decent-sized small buds, some nice clumps of substantial ittybittybits and a small dash of dust.

I shall be back for some full size buds and some of the concentrates soon enough.
Good selection, good communication, good experience.

Quick delivery & responsive customer service. I was a little concerned about the only available payment method being bank transfer, but I took a punt and glad I did. Got my delivery the next day. Really nice quality at good price. I'll be back.
