They kept in touch every step of the process. Even though I bought a ready-made, I got a glimpse of how it would be if I had gotten something custom.

I love Uncover Creations! Their designs are so creative, everything from beautiful to 'what the hell is that monster?!' The toys I've bought are fantastic quality and the production and shipping time was surprisingly quick given that these are fully custom toys. The free mystery dildo offer is fantastic, I got a toy I wouldn't have chosen myself but I love it. The one thing to watch out for is double and triple check the sizing. Even though I looked at the sizes before I ordered, what doesn't look that big in numbers looks a lot bigger when it's in your hand (and other places)

Ordered two separate orders, they marked both as sent and I paid customs for both orders. Once delivered, I realised they have only sent my first smaller order yet declared my both orders on customs leaving me with a financial loss for a large order. I reached out to them, I’m on the end of day 2 with no response. I have reached out via email and WhatsApp. This has been a disappointing experience. I had high hopes.

The website is clean and easy to navigate the profuct pictures and descriptions are really nice as well and over all it was just a great experience

First of all, I absolutely adore the emails from Chief Dildo Officer. So whimsical, so charming, I read them out to my friends over breakfast. lovely content. Secondly, the products, gorgeous pieces of art that i would decorate my home if my parents didn't visit regularly. For the non decorative purposes... to quote Eminem; 'wowzers! I just made a mess in my trousers!' (apologies). Lastly, Customer service was so sweet when i emailed enquiring about delivery as I was a little anxious. Fabulous

Quality was great, shipping was quick and smooth, and communication was great.

Although the wait for production seemed forever, the items exceeded my expectations once received. The enjoyment provided by the grinder and the dildoes makes for a very pleasant time. Highly recommended for unique silicone pleasure toys.
