Undefined Collective Reviews

Super Soft, Perfect Fit, and Always Packaged With Authenticity!

I've ordered many pieces from Undefined over the past few years and have always been impressed with the quality and detail in every aspect. The shirts, tanks, shorts, hat and jacket that I have are all incredible quality and have lasted very well. Thanks to Ace for the dedication to being the best and exceeding expectations every time.

Every. Last. Detail. The fit, the cut, the colors, the materials, the packaging. I loved the top I ordered and will definitely be ordering more in the future!

The material is SO GOOD and it shipped so freaking fast. The shirt is absolutely amazing

Keep doing your thing bro.. quality is incredible as well as the material. Can’t wait to put a fit on

Extremely high quality clothes, merch, etc. Never disappoints! Every design is unique and you can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into every new release.

From the quality, to the customer service everything is spot on. 10/10 if you’re not buying from UNDEFINED what are you doing bro.

The quality is superior and all my shirts still look brand new after numerous washes !

The high quality of the clothing is obvious. The attention to detail is felt. From the ease of ordering on the website, to the outstanding aesthetic of the packaging, it’s all great stuff.

Always high quality! Designs are always unique. This is what a brand should look like.

Outstanding quality as always!

What a brand. The owner is such a down to Earth and creative human being. I feel a real resonance with everything this brand stands for. It speaks to me and my life path greatly, so representing it is something I'll do proudly.

When I got my parcel it had so many personal touches. You can tell it's a one-man operation, and that adds to the overall feel.

Truly inspirational stuff Undefined and Ace are doing. Thank you for bringing this vision to life so I can be a part of it.

Stay winning.

One of the big things this brand does correctly is consistent high quality products. Everything i received was just as i expected it to be. Big fan.

Excellent experience.

I originally ordered my shirt in grey, but Ace checked and they actually did not have 1 left! I was promptly notified of the discrepancy and we went with a blue instead! So, I was cool with switching the color no big deal, and declined when I was offered an additional shirt free of charge.

I got my package a day earlier than expected and the additional shirt was included anyway! Not only was the extra shirt there, but a hand written letter thanking me for doing business! Awesome customer service right off the bay even with this being my first purchase. Customer and referrals for life on that principal alone!

The shirt quality is phenomenal and the fit is right on par with what I expected. If I could give 10 stars I would! All around one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any company.

Top notch quality and packaging. Personable experience. Fosters your motivation for growth. 10/10

The shirt quality is top tier! Even better was the customer service, reached out to me and made sure I had the right size and everything. Definitely will be buying more products in the future. If not us, then who?

The future is ours!

Their product is unmatched and comes in quick.

Fast shipping and great quality sweatshirt!

The quality of the fabric feels high end and is very much worth the price. And was not disappointed at all. Also appreciated the little hand written note as well.
