Love it!
I’m so impressed with the quality and service from Undercover. Everything from the website, to the packaging, to the duvet covers and pillow cases I bought- incredible. I was surprise to see that there were no ties in the covers to hold the duvet in place, but a week later and I haven’t had any shifts. I am definitely recommending to my friends and family. So happy that I found this company!

Fast and professional!
Sheets delivered fast and seem to be great! It would be best to not have to pay import tax. It was clearly mentioned that I will, so that was no surprise. But I think you don’t have such a big variety of sheets to not be able to have a few of each in your Switzerland warehouse.

Excellent quality and feel
Excellent quality duvet covers and pillow cases, had a few months sleeping with the new linen and they are really comfortable and we've definitely noticed the better quality and feel compared to our previous bed linen. Now that we've tried Tencel cotton, won't be moving away from it any time soon.
