I ordered the small map and it is a beautiful product. I am giving it to my wife as a Valentines "card". My issue is the very tight curling of the paper from the tube packaging. I was with some significant effort able to wrestle it into a stock 12 by 16 frame under some pressure but may need some professional help to cleanly frame it. Unless I missed it you may want to include some instructions on how to "relax" the print for easier framing if that is possible.

Had some issues with shipping (lost package) but the customer support/service was excellent and had a replacement out by the end of the day and received it a few days later. My wife loves it!

We ordered two prints From Under Lucky Stars and they are fantastic!!

We had some issues with typos in our design and the customer service team were on point spotting it and helping us out with how to fix it before things went to print - thank you Fiona and Julia!! Customers are supposed to check all the details and we didn't, which is completely our fault, but the customer service was amazing.
Really good communication, fast resolution, and the turnaround was less than a week.
Maps are as expected in size and on really nice quality paper.
We ordered ours ready for framing and they came delivered in a strong tube packaged really well.
Very impressed with our order.

Overall great product and excellent customer service. I originally received my chart damaged, and of course it was caused by the delivery company. ULS staff quickly responded and made the situation right.

I purchased a print from Under Lucky Stars during Christmas time and it’s super busy with shipping and I unfortunately became victim of the Postal Service overwhelmed, and my package was shipped out and stuck in transit stagnant. I reached out to customer service and less than 24 hours received an update email that they were tracking it and for any reason they would send out a replacement copy if my package did not become active during tracking. What their deepest sincerity they also forward me a PDF copy as an apology and a show of good faith. As time grew near Christmas was approaching the package didn’t seem to look as if it was going to make it in time for Christmas. Customer service reached out to me via email and said they are overnighting me a print that I purchased and it does not look as if it would be received in time so they want to make sure I had it for Christmas. Next morning, I received it at my doorstep. Just wanna say I’ve never had customer service so diligent and apologetic in a situation that was out of their control and for them to be so sympathetic and accommodating above and beyond timely with conversation and replacing of their product. Five stars, two thumbs up and a huge thank you. I will recommend Under Lucky Stars to anyone that shall ask and refer folks to a great gift and a great experience. Thank you again

My original rating was a 1 because I did not receive my map in a timely manner. I found out the post office lost it. The company promptly replaced it and shipped me a new on fed X.

I saw an ad on Facebook and despite my suspicions of unknown companies decided to order one to celebrate our 55th anniversary. I am delighted with the product and my wife was surprised and appreciative. It arrived when they said it would in perfect condition.

Wow. I bought one of these for each of my adult kids and paid extra to have them matted and framed. I got the larger sizes - I think maybe small poster sized. I can’t recall the measurements. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They are beautiful and will look amazing on the wall. They both love them and other members of our family and some friends who’ve seen them are equally as impressed as I am. It’s such a thoughtful gift to give and generated big hugs from both my kids. I will be ordering another for my niece as well. I feel the price was reasonable and am very happy with the experience.

First of all…what a fantastic idea to mark any major occasion. Due to a health issue, we were in a major rush to take delivery, and Fiona went way over-and-above to make it happen. One of the most meaningful and important gifts we’ve ever bought was given today, and what a hit it was! Thank you so much!

We are very pleased with the quality of our star map. We had the company do the framing and matting and they did an excellent job. We did the birthday of our twin son and daughter in honor of my son who recently passed. We could be more pleased with the product.

The poster was great and printed on thick, good quality paper. Better still was that it arrived in time for Christmas. I was expecting it 4 days after. Thanks!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I purchased this for a very special person in my life. I made a mistake on my purchase, but with a very quick response, they were able to save my New Year! Highly recommend.

$200 Dollars is incredibly steep for a piece of paper. At the very least this should've been printed on something more durable (Canvas or better). Was really hoping to love this for my fiance.

It gets harder and harder to find meaningful gifts for my mother that she doesn't already have. This Christmas was no different until I stumbled across under Lucky Stars and knew right away that this unique and thoughtful gift would be perfect.... and it was. She loved it. I took a chance and ordered a star map for my husband for his birthday and it came in so quickly I gave it to him for Christmas. It is beautiful and so much fun. He loves it and so do I.
