I bought the "cancel for any reason" insurance with them and they honored it. Not only did they refund 80% of my ticket, but they helped me to get the reservations correct since two other travelers in our group were keeping their tickets. They spent a lot of time with me to get it right.

This company is an absolute scam. When you try to change your tickets, they invent outrageous extra fees on top of what the airline actually charges. They completely take advantage of customers and make up absurd amounts just to rip you off. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the airline — these people are dishonest, greedy, and have zero transparency

International Booking Fiasco
I booked a flight to Japan but I did not enter the names exactly as they appeared on our passports. I did not realize this was a problem until after the 24 hour cancel policy. However, when I ordered the tickets through Underpricer that was NOT made an issue. When I asked for their help their only reply was that I could correct the names if I rebooked the exact same flights and paid an extra $850 per person! So I fault Underpricer because their ordering system did not emphasize entering the names exactly as they appear on the passport. What a nightmare!!

Great customer service via WhatsApp. Instant and helpful! Don't panic if there is a delay between "processing" email and "confirmation" email. It comes and in the meantime the (AI) support is excellent and immediate.

No customer service. No care for customers. Flight schedule was changed by airline. Could not get them to move me to a different flight. Over a week of emails and chats with no one reaching out. To add insult to injury, I have to pay them to cancel the flight. Ended up costing me over $1000.
UPDATE: I understand that the airline has its own restrictions, but it took nearly a month of back and forth to get that explained and to come up with alternatives. The fact that you waited until the refund was asked for and initiated before replying speaks volumes.

Love this service from experienced team his name is Rupert! I got lucky after I spoke with 5 representatives, I was disappointed at the first beginning but after I tried again , finally Rupert helped to fix my issue!!!! Nowadays it’s hard to find a responsible and reliable person in customer service.

Mr Denhom maybe wrong spelling of his name (?) is a consummate professional. He assisted me way beyond expectations. and he has excellent customer service, great attention to detail and extraordinary congeniality.
Without a doubt, he is the nicest, most helpful, diligent, and skill-full Underpricer customer service agent. I had many questions, I needed assistance on a variety of issues, and a plethora of tasks were all solved as a result of my luckily connecting on the phone today with Mr Denhom. He explained everything very carefully and clearly.
He showed great kindness and diligent duty. He solved my problem and called me about what to do.
In my opinion, I believe Mr Denhom should be promoted and use his knowledge & talent becoming a trainer of other Underpricer employees, in addition, his salary should be increased. Mr Denhom restored my faith in Underpricer as a company and as a customer, I look forward to enjoying Underpricer more and more someday in the future.

All in all I’ve had pretty good experiences. While on my last trip, Underpricer was late in informing me of a change in my itinerary generated by an airline. I was notified by Kayak and I contacted Underpricer.
