Very impressed with the product
Very impressed with the product, the strap looks great and feels like it is really good quality, and it was really easy to cut to the right size. The clasp is excellent - it looks clean and functions perfectly. Really nice touch to get a handwritten note from the owner thanking me for the purchase as well. I will certainly order from the Under the Cuff again, don't hesitate if you're on the fence about making a purchase!

I always aim to ensure my products meet expectations, and would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve this issue for you. However, I didn’t receive any direct contact from you regarding the concerns you’ve mentioned, nor were any photos provided for us to investigate further.
Please note, all 22mm straps are shipped with correctly matched 22mm spring bars, and it’s unfeasible for an incorrect size to be included. That said, if something was amiss, we absolutely would have been happy to correct it, whether through a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Really well designed watch strap
Really well designed watch strap, the adapters for the Apple Watch are easy enough to attach.
Hopefully won’t need to worry about a vigorous shift so I hope to wait and see how durable the strap can be.
