Although i only used it for 280 words, it was great there are many services/ things that can be done on this website. Although I ended up buying the yearly plan on accident, right after putting my info in for the free trial, i asked for a refund , and they are talking about giving me a full refund in about 2 days.

Im not doing that well financially and had forgotten about the 3 day free trial for Undetectable AI, in which I was charged 70 dollars, now this wouldn't be that bad but especially during Christmas, money gets a lot tighter... However, an assistant named Kate really helped out in getting me a refund, though it was a 10 dollar deduction resulting in only 60 dollars back, that's so much more relieving than having nothing refunded. Great company, and great customer service

First of all, they wrongfully charge your card. I have hundreds of dollars worth of shit charged from that website. Second of all, I spent 70 dollars on a subscription that even if already paid, if you cancel you get ALL of your words revoked.

I just applied for the 3 Day Trial to see how it's like then out of nowhere I've been wrongly charged $31.59 and better yet, this AI humanizer is outrageous! I checked different AI detectors, and it's always marked as 99% AI.

I cancelled my subscription immediately but haven't received any refund. I emailed Undetectable AI support also.
