I had a positive experience with Undetectable AI’s support team. Although their policy states that subscriptions are non-refundable, they took the time to review my situation after an unexpected renewal and handled it professionally.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I used this awful app to help reword a piece of text. I signed up for the 3 day free trial using my email and the website was still horrible to use. Absolutely no help at all. I tried to cancel it straight away which apparently proved the hardest thing in the world to do. I had to send an email to them however i couldn’t find the email in my inbox which they had just sent me. almost as if it had been deleted by not of my own accord. I have just seen three days later that i have been charged £53.47 which is $70. I am so angry and i want my money back.

I chose to accept the 3 day free trial for undetectable ai expecting for it to give me full access just so I could plug in a whole essay at once instead of in parts. After I was done I was planning on ending the subscription, but instead of a free 3 day trial it was a free 2 minutes and after I had used up my "points" my card was instantly tapped for $123 dollars it did not mention this to me and as you would expect I freaked out and sent three individual emails to get this resolved, but of course because this is just a shady money scheme and they didn’t respond and it’s looking like I won’t get my money back. don’t use it but if you do definitely don’t buy the free 3 day trial.

I learned about this platform on the internet and after actually using it, I found it to be very intelligent. It quickly achieved the reduction in AI rates. And the customer service response was thoughtful and prompt.

I signed up for Undetectable AI's 3 day free trial, and on my first use of the service, I was charged $2000 CAD to my Amex. The live chat agents are of no help, telling me to consistently wait for a response from their billing department. At one point, she even threatened to take a $19 charge for the refund. After mentioning that I will dispute the claim with my card issuer, she then said that it will take 30-60 days extra to go through this process. This service is a scam. DO NOT SIGN UP. Still have not gotten my money back and it has been nearly 48 hours.

Everything was great... usability, functionality and ease of access. Then, why did I deduct 1 star?– It was because to cancel a subscription, you need to mail them, which is quite tedious and an extra step. The rest of everything is working the way I wanted to, and it provided me with damn good results, except that I used two websites to get my job done. Would use it again, and would definitely recommend it to people.

Scam scam scam. Stay away. I’ve cancelled my account months ago, yet I continue to get charged. Support was less than helpful. No support number to call, have to wait days just to get anything out of them.
