Was a smart decision to let undiscovered plan our trip. Reasons why to chose them:
-They comminucate their plans and possibilities clearly and set the right expectations.
-They always have an alternative plan for you. If you ask for different accomodations or travel plan, they always have right suggestion for you.
-Incase something goes wrong( airline cancellation, missed flight, ferry) you can relay on help of Undiscovered or their local network.
In our case, Emirates delayed and cancelled our flight due to flood in Doubai.
Without help of Undiscovered we would not have managed to reschedule our outband flight and fixing the internal flights and accomodation at our destination.

we had a wonderful journey during our 3 weeks travel throughout the Phillipines. Hotels and appartments wee great. the planned activities were awesome!

We (2 adults and 1 teenager) have booked our holiday to the Philippines with Undiscovered. They gave us great suggestions, listened accurately to our wishes and blended them perfect into the program. The contact with Undiscovered was very easy and they responded very quicky when we had questions. The documentation we received was very accurated and useful. The tips they provided upfront helped us to travel smoothly into the Philippines. Great locations, super accomodations and perfect activities. We had a fantastic trip and made great memories. We had to cancel certain flights due to travel ban in the Philippines if coming from Hong Kong- everything went smoothly to book another airline and go on holiday.

The trip to the Philippines (Visayas) was a truly connected, end to end well arranged and absolutely extraordinary! All connections to travel from island to island, all accommodations and excursions were fabulous! In a short period of 2 weeks, we have accumulated memories for life! Contrasts of old and new, colors and smells of extraordinary nature and infinite cities...

Perfectly organised trip with devoted local guide and high quality back up in holland. All arrangements were customised and quality was conform promised plans and events.

We had a wonderful time in the Philipines. The island hopping was planned very well by Undiscovered. Eric and Mayette (the local travel agent) were very helpful all the time we needed assistance.

If you are searching for a winter escape to a tropical country, a trip from Undiscovered will leave you with great memories and total relaxation.
