Item not received, no communication from them.

I ordered a lifting bag from the website on 8th April 2020, paid £55, received a confirmation email that the order was being processed and I am still waiting for the product. I have emailed their customer services many times, had no response, the tel number is dead, I am going to report this company to Trading Standards. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I bought from this company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Firstly I got a quick response regarding if there were stock or not and he asked me to send him a link of the shorts, which I did and he didn’t get back to me! So I ordered them online anyway after he promised they would be here in time for my fight, they did not come in time for my fight even though he promised they would be!!! Very disappointed as I have to go out and get other shorts now. I would never use this shop even if it was the last shop on this earth - poor communication and delivery is a bag of trash

I should of read the reviews before I purchased. No communication other than your order is on the way, a couple of days passed tried to contact again and no reply stay clear currently getting money back through PayPal

Parcel never received
I rang them and the phone number was invalid.
Emailed several times still have not received my parcel or a refund and it’s been 4 weeks

Never shipped and have "issued a refund" will be interesting to see if my money turns back up in my account, only £13.99 but not the point I wanted the equipment.

I would not use this company ever. My order was never received. No customer service to help with anything. They just cancelled my order after 3 weeks. I had to contact Klarna to have my money refunded.

I still haven’t receive my parcel after a week and a half!

Very happy with my purchases, they look great quality and delivery time was as expected. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a pair of of gloves still haven't received them no way to track them when emailed got no help at all

A week after ordering my item has still not been shipped and communication is terrible with no updates. Will probably cancel the order and refund.

Well, I ordered from them and paid for it on 2nd Oct but still haven't recieved item , nor have I heard anything about it! I contacted the company via email and still haven't heard anything. It's not very good in my opinion.

Had trouble with first parcel not arriving after 3 weeks. Contacted via email 3 times. Received email parcel must be lost, item was resent getting email notifications of its progress. Happy with service would use again.

Top tip if contacting via email don't type in capitals otherwise email goes into spam folder.

Placed an order received an email saying it was being processed then nothing they never replied to any of my numerous emails couldn't contact them by phone in the end no product just a complete waste of time.

I'm not sure what is going on with my order, its been over a week and the status says it has still not shipped! I've emailed the company but had no response.

Ordered a item 7days ago and still haven’t recieved it. Not even been dispatched yet

Ordered an item on the 8th of September and still not received and it is now the 21st.

Place two orders - not received either of them. Poor communication over orders. First order they just sent refund with explanation after waiting over a week for delivery. Still waiting for second order from 1 week ago. Don’t have high hopes of it arriving.

Excellent communication from a real person. Great products.
