I'm grateful for the navigators and Undivided team for offering up to date information. The internet and social media have many forms and sources of information regarding neurodivergent community from therapy to education support. However, I can't trust that their information is up to date or applicable. Undivided as a whole offers trusted support for insurance, education, and so much more. I'm happy to have a reliable resource for my family and child's needs. Thank you Undivided.

Undivided has truly made such a difference for my family and my boys. Having two children with different needs means I am constantly navigating services, therapies, IEPs, evaluations, insurance, Regional Center, IHSS, and more. It can become overwhelming very quickly, but Undivided has helped me understand what services are available to my kids, prepare for meetings, work through paperwork, find resources, and most importantly, learn how to advocate for my boys.

This became especially important when our family moved from the Bay Area to the Coachella Valley. We made a huge move largely because we wanted better services and opportunities for our children, and there was so much to coordinate and start over with. Undivided has been a consistent source of support through all of those changes the past two years.

I have learned so much about IEPs, Regional Center services, IHSS and protective supervision, therapies, insurance, and my children’s rights. Even when something doesn’t go the way we hoped, I know I have somewhere to turn to figure out what the next step should be.

One of the biggest things Undivided has given me is confidence. I have become a much stronger advocate for my children. I ask more questions, I understand more of the terminology, I know what documentation to keep, and I am much more prepared when I walk into meetings concerning my kids.

When you’re raising children with additional needs, there are days when the appointments, paperwork, phone calls, evaluations, therapies, school meetings, and everyday parenting feel like another full-time job. Having someone who understands that world and can help you sort through it is incredibly valuable.

I am extremely grateful for everything Undivided has done for our family and continues to do for us. They haven’t just helped me find resources—they’ve helped me become a better-informed and more confident advocate for my boys and their futures. I would absolutely recommend Undivided to other parents who feel overwhelmed trying to navigate services for their children.

Undivided is an amazing resource for disability parents. I signed up to try to get help understanding California benefits for my autistic child, and Undivided's resources and tools have been so helpful to me. Their resources are easy to understand and so helpful during a time when I was overwhelmed and didn't have time to figure out the system from scratch.

My Undivided "navigator"/mentor Jen has been especially helpful to me. She's super smart and experienced, and having monthly meetings with her helps me keep going through the many tasks required to get my child's benefits set up.

Whenever I have a question about a disability parenting issue, I always check Undivided first. I know that their materials will be trustworthy and super helpful. Also from attending Undivided's many helpful webinars I know that the people who lead and work there genuinely care about their mission. I'm so glad this resource exists.

Undivided has been a huge resource for my family. My Navigator, Alicia, deserves special recognition because she genuinely goes above and beyond. She has helped me navigate IEPs, Regional Center and Self-Determination, IHSS, Medi-Cal/CalOptima, non-ABA resources, and so many other supports and opportunities for my children. If she doesn’t immediately know something, she looks into it. Having someone who actually listens, researches, follows up, and learns what matters to your individual family makes a huge difference.

One thing I especially appreciate about Undivided as a company is that they genuinely welcome feedback. There have definitely been glitches with the app, but when I’ve reported them, they’ve been receptive and willing to look into them. I would also love to see Android support so families aren’t limited by which phone they use.

My biggest criticism is the regular price of Navigator support. The scholarship program is wonderful and makes Navigator support much more accessible for a year, but the regular cost afterward is expensive. I think a more affordable long-term option would make a huge difference for families who have spent a year building a relationship with their Navigator and want to continue receiving that support.

Overall, Undivided provides an enormous amount of useful information and support in one place, and having Alicia as our Navigator has been one of the best parts of the experience. She deserves every every bit of recognition for the work she does.

I continue to recommend them to everyone I interact with that have children with challenges. They have been helping me with IEP and a number of other things over the past several years. I attend as many of their Wednesday noon calls that I can and find most of the topics and speakers and Q&A very helpful to me.

Undivided is my go to for information that I know is the most up to date and correct. They have helped me with all my IEPs and service renewals! I feel heard and that I have a huge community of support! Anytime I have questions, i know my
Navigator is there to help me, and I have found such support and comfort in a way I didn’t know was possible when I started this journey!

Undivided has been an absolutely invaluable resource for our family. Navigating the systems surrounding a child with a lifelong disability can be incredibly complicated, overwhelming, and, at times, adversarial. There are so many agencies, rules, services, rights, appeals, and processes to understand—and as a parent, you’re somehow expected to learn all of it while also simply trying to be a mom.

Undivided has helped me navigate that world with far more knowledge, confidence, and direction. They have helped me better understand my son Daxton’s needs, the services and supports available to him, and most importantly, how to advocate effectively when those needs aren’t being met.

The results speak for themselves. With Undivided’s guidance and support, I have never lost a medical appeal or a request for services or funding from any of the resources I’ve had to fight for on my son’s behalf. That doesn’t mean those battles have been easy—far from it. But Undivided has helped me understand the systems I’m dealing with, know what questions to ask, find the right information, and build the strongest possible advocacy for my son.

One of the clearest examples of their impact is that I was able to secure Regional Center funding for my son under traditional services when I was the only parent within my Regional Center to receive that particular funding coverage. Their guidance and assistance with my son’s case were instrumental in helping me understand the appropriate path forward and advocate successfully for his individual needs.

What I appreciate most is that they haven’t simply helped me win individual battles. They’ve helped make me a better advocate for my son. They’ve taught me how to ask better questions, recognize when something isn’t right, understand our rights and options, document what matters, and keep moving forward when the answer is initially “no.”

When you have a child with a lifelong disability, advocacy isn’t temporary—it becomes part of parenting for the long haul. I know there will always be another system to navigate, another service to pursue, or another obstacle to overcome. Because of Undivided, I feel far better equipped to face those challenges and make sure my son receives the support he deserves.

I am genuinely grateful for the guidance, education, and support they have provided our family. Daxton deserves someone in his corner who knows how to advocate fiercely and effectively for him, and Undivided has helped me become stronger, more informed, and more effective in that role.

Five stars genuinely doesn’t feel like enough. I wholeheartedly recommend Undivided to any parent or caregiver navigating the disability-services world.

Undivided’s online resources and monthly check-ins with my amazing navigator Lisa have been invaluable in keeping me on track in supporting my 16yo ASD/ADHD/ID son. I am divorced and work full-time in a demanding, always-on job; Lisa’s deep expertise and non-judgmental guidance have helped me juggle my son’s IEPs, navigate his public benefits, find medical providers — the list goes on and on. She has been my anchor throughout my parenting journey. Plus the online tools, articles, checklists, and binders are so well organized and help reduce the overwhelm of research. I’ve been a member of Undivided since its founding and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I have been with Undivided since they launched as a company. They have helped set a course of success for my son from Pre-School through 7th grade. My Navigator has helped me understand the IEP process, research therapies, school options and helped me manage a cross country move. I couldn't have done it with out them.
